Cher Lloyd sounds like a Rhianna clone. I'm not impressed. Always makes me a bit  when he connects with or tweets about someone that seems so ordinary. I think Cher Loyd is a finalist of Britain X-factor therefore one of Simon Cowl's proteges. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cher_LloydNot impressed with her talent but it could be that following her is just good business. |

yeah. I don't really care about analyzing isolated lyrics, out of context. For me, it's more that Adam seems sooo excited about sharing them. He's really so proud and enthusiastic about this album, it makes me  Yeah! You are right. Impossible to analyze the lyrics out of context. But I have so simple difficulties as i.e. the word "hinges". If I look in the dictionary the word has seven (7) different meanings. ??? But I guess that also in this regard it is easier to pick up the right word, when you see the whole context. Seven different meanings really? Who would have thought? I think he is using hinges as another way of saying "unhinged" www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/unhinged(skip the mentally deranged definition) ETA: went back and read the quote again. I don't think that quite captures it either. Sorry.. I tried.  |

Am I the only one that is worried about the Grrrrr and stuff to sort out tweets? Oh, and the thanks for being patient. I have to admit this thought crossed my mind, too. I hope his Grrr and be patient means he is ready now and doesn't want to wait for a couple weeks. I hope it's not a warning of a delay. I think it will be so much fun when the album is out to carefully analyze and see where the different lyrics he's given us are found. |

To paraphrase VERY loosely-
"I'm swingin off of my hinges, I'm cocked and I'm ready to go" would mean I am so excited that I can barely contain myself.
And "lost inside communication breakdown, better just read my lips. Comin' in clearer when we get down. iceberg. Just the tip" says to me we are not understanding each other- you are not seeing the full picture.
