NoAngel, did you mention muti-tasking exercises? This might help us get in shape, especially since we are interested in music.  Or we could come up with some inventions to help out with stanning.  Oh, and a little something for everyone (thinking of you, Seoulmate)

To paraphrase VERY loosely- "I'm swingin off of my hinges, I'm cocked and I'm ready to go" would mean I am so excited that I can barely contain myself. So depressing to notice that the only lyrics I understand completely is: "all along, I tried to pretend it didn't matter if I was alone..".  Somebody please.. Is it possible to translate the others into "easier" English (or Swedish, Finnish, German)? Or is it just a question about Adam's mystery English, which nobody really understands?  if german really helps you, i translated the one with the hinges for me and it helped me understand this one: Ich schwinge aus meinen Gelenken, ich bin gespannt und bereit loszulegen. I'working on the other one, i have a feeling about the meaning, but I'm not sure Bobo: I'd just quickly add to this that the second part of the phrase, cocked and ready to go, implies a bullet in a gun, ready to be fired. Just the tip" to me, this isn't just about a lack of understanding, but also means that the couple understands each other well physically/sexually--that is, everything seems clear when they're "getting down" or kissing ("read my lips"), but that's when they're too close to see the whole picture (like Buder said). When they back away from each other, they find each other harder to read. In other words, the sex is good but the communication isn't. Very clever. squeee so clever. we're coming unhinged a bit too here, adam. Oh, and by the way, i'm a cock-eyed optimist but to me the grrrr read more as just the vibrating noise of excitement . |
