I too was thoroughly entertained by the discussion of the troll tweets yesterday. It was kind of like fan fic - it wasn't true, but it gave me a bit of a thrill anyway just thinking about it And yes, you can share all your O Music Awards votes on twitter and as long as you're copying & pasting the message, I believe only the first will actually get tweeted, probably because twitter doesn't allow you to repeat identical tweets. Glad you de-lurked.

The quote from Cam about Adam is so sweet. I have a feeling he is an even greater guy than we think he is, if that's possible.
Investigating every tweet to ensure its authenticity? Hey I've always loved Sherlock Holmes (and wanted to be a detective as a kid) but that is not practical. I hope everyone continues to bring Adam information here. Each of us can decide if it's worth believing - or not.

MTVOMA MTV O Music Awards by GlamOfTheOpera What does it take to be the ULTIMATE Glambert? Carter from the Adam Official Starlighters tells us ALL about it: ow.ly/6Md2S #MTVOMA This person did a good job representing the Glamberts.

Twitter clues were the way I heard about the Fantasy Springs concert. I bought concert tickets not really knowing what I was doing or if the concert was really going to happen. I'm so glad I did. I'm grateful for all I learn being an Adam fan. Most of the time I am still a tech fail and wish I could contribute more. I am so glad we have so many ways to get info about Adam. Thank you for all that contribute here

Man, that autostraddle thing makes me soooooo . Those ladies have the best Adam-coverage on the web. Love them. And count me in on team #hopecamssongmakesthealbum !!! (we totally need a 'fingers crossed' smiley!) Some peeps were wondering why Adam cares so much about the fan army award. I'm completely convinced (as you know, i can read his mind ) that he wants it for us. He's said many times how grateful he is for fan support, and I get the feeling that in his mind this isn't about him at all but all for his fans. Lol just another instance, as I see it, of Adam promoting "other artists." : finally, since we're having a (fully warranted, imo) love-festival for those who spread baseless, happy-making Adam-gossip , I wanted to spark my own little rumor-trail...looky what just turned up in my in-box from The Trevor Project!: www.thetrevorproject.org/trevorliveAny chance Adam is part of the "irreverent evening of comedy and music?". I mean, we just learned from Cam that he's a comedian, and I suppose he could wing the music... ;D Mark your calendars for dec. 4th, So-Cal'ers!

Well a day without gelly here sure....SUCKS! And a day without zinnia's sunny disposition here sucks too. It is my hope that they both post soon. For all who have posted in support of these two positive, fun and valuable members, thank you. I certainly want to express my thanks to you both. Your contributions here are appreciated by me. Let's hope that is just one day we are without them. Gelly and Zinnia (translations) have done such a hugh job here for all of us. That's why I find the criticism they have gotten so very unfair. :-[

Hey quick, I'm looking for an Adam pic. One of the outtakes from People's most beautiful people. It's the one where Adam looks like this jeweled peacock, enriched in blues and greens, where you can see the perfect symmetry of his face. I can't believe I didn't save it and am desperately looking for it to show it to someone.

Was the criticism in yesterday's thread? Hope they are checking in to see all the support today. It would be tragic for them to feel unwanted.

That's why I find the criticism they have gotten so very unfair. :-[ Oh, sh!t. I do hope that Gelly and Zinnia are not upset about the tweet discussion. Please let that not be the case. Posting on these type of forums sometimes takes a lot of courage and a thick skin. When we post something, even tho we are "anonymous" we are putting ourselves out to the world in a public way. It is a bit like public speaking, which studies have consistently shown is the most common phobia that people have. Then, when we add that we come from different backgrounds, different cultures, different regions of the country or the world, and different languages, understanding one another becomes even harder. There are struggles with idioms, cultural references, styles of communication, direct vs indirect messages, etc. It is amazing that we communicate as well as we do, a majority of the time. I am politely asking members of this board that when you respond to a post with a differing opinion, you state clearly that it is the OPINION you are DISAGREEING with, and not the PERSON, their right to post, or the topic of their post, and that you are just DISAGREEING, not criticizing or reprimanding. Some of us grew up in households where a lively debate was a favorite way of relating to one another and was highly valued. Others think it is not a friendly, lively debate, but a heated argument/fight. Please try to remember this when crafting your posts, and be gentle. When in doubt whether your post could be taken personally, err on the side of "yes" and rephrase to make it more supportive of all on the forum. Finally, if you post something here and feel that the responses are mean spirited, critical or bashing, PLEASE contact the mods. You can use the link to report the post and it will go to all the mods. Or you can PM a mod personally. 99% of the time, it is a misunderstanding of intent, and we can resolve it without losing the faith and trust and participation of our members. I know that the waiting for new Adam music gets the most gentle and positive among us a little on edge and cranky. Our best hope is to get through it together with support, humor, and some wonderful pics and gifs.
