Hey quick, I'm looking for an Adam pic. One of the outtakes from People's most beautiful people. It's the one where Adam looks like this jeweled peacock, enriched in blues and greens, where you can see the perfect symmetry of his face. I can't believe I didn't save it and am desperately looking for it to show it to someone. HAHAHA this is funny...I have a grand total of 4 adam pics saved but this is one of them...I think it is what you want.  Didn't we talk one time of having a contest/game of choosing the 'BEST' or MOST BEAUTIFUL picture of Adam? If we ever have that contest...this is my pick. I think he is absolutely stunning here!! just sayin.... |

Let's hope that is just one day we are without them. Gelly and Zinnia (translations) have done such a hugh job here for all of us. That's why I find the criticism they have gotten so very unfair. :-[ Don't have time to go back in today's thread but I didn't see a lot of criticism. I saw A LOT of support. Was the criticism in yesterday's thread? Hope they are checking in to see all the support today. It would be tragic for them to feel unwanted.  We've been talking on Twitter. They do appreciate the support. Gelly has gone to bed, hopefully everything will look rosier in the morning. Cam did record "Dreamer" for her first album. I think it's gorgeous. I imagine it would be the same song, but then that's tough as it would essentially be a cover if it makes the album. Maybe they reworked it or it will make the deluxe version? OMG!! I just flashed on actually hearing Adam sing ALL NEW SONGS in concert. *heart flip* Las, you are soooo right about FS. That was a point I made in the past about AO. If we waited for anything to be announced there, we'd miss everything. |

Hey do anyone have any good pictures of Adam in his black, leather, lace crotched pants, At the computer at work and don't have them on my itouch. I really should be doing this at work but whatevs, wanted to show her those pics.. lol

Las, you are soooo right about FS. That was a point I made in the past about AO. If we waited for anything to be announced there, we'd miss everything.  I meant to comment on FS as well. No one was sure it was even real. I couldn't believe I was actually going on line and booking a "maybe" concert AND hotel reservations, not knowing who I would ask to go with me or how I was going to explain it to my DH.  Thank God the "rumor" was being repeated everywhere before confirmation. Those tickets sold out like, well, you know:  |

I usually stay away from this kind of thing, and I didn't search yesterday's post, but I think this idea of people being mad at anyone for bringing tweets that end up being false has been a bit of the telephone game. I may be wrong, but I thought it started this morning with Q3 "Survival guide" which was part tongue and cheek and part real guidance. 4. If you venture into the Twitterverse, remember that just because someone Tweets something does not mean it is true. [Example: An Adam sighting in a Walmart in Los Angeles might happen in the Twitterverse but not in real life. There is no Walmart in West LA and Adam is not likely to be shopping in Culver City (his nearest Walmart). Frankly, the only Adam Lambert I can imagine seeing in Walmart is one of his CDs.]
Gelly, understandably, asks for some clarification if this meant people shoundn't bring over unverified tweets. Then zinnia started to feel bad because she brought over the tweet. I'm not going to speak for Q3, but I don't think that's what she meant. But it wasn't totally clear. Then people started the back and forth about bringing tweets over...... I for one wish people would bring over MORE gossip from twitter or just funny tweets they run across. I don't do twitter but when I scroll though replies there are always funny, touching, scary and informative things I get a kick out of. And of course everybody loves Gelly and Zinnia! What kind of cold blooded weirdo wouldn't??? I hope they know that and we see them back with more pics and tweets very soon. And Thank you Rabbitrabbit for all the work you put into helping luddites like me with the voting!!! Your always so good with getting us focused on the important stuff like this and the charity work. |
