(I was vaguely wondering if he was planning on fasting. But if he's on the town, I'm going to guess not so much  . Anyway, a light fast to all who are observing. Peace.) |

In all seriousness, they are outright pretending that THEIR product is the endorsed one. (i.e. "The single for the Beg for Mercy Album has been announced as the title track of the album.")

I seem to recall there is a California law against impersonating a celebrity. Would this sort of thing come under a similar umbrella??
