Can the lawyers jump on this as false advertising? In all seriousness, they are outright pretending that THEIR product is the endorsed one. (i.e. "The single for the Beg for Mercy Album has been announced as the title track of the album.") >:( I seem to recall there is a California law against impersonating a celebrity. Would this sort of thing come under a similar umbrella?? I hope its sue-able.. Maybe we should have some screen caps of the site just in case... |

I hate how they are using Adam;s tweets about his REAL album to promote the fake one... and..Oh my god... I hate to admit it, but I love the clips.., and would seriously be downloading all of them..illegally.. Gah - please don't tell me they're good. I really don't want to hear that they're good. #resisting Sorry!! |

Ok, I'm torn. I think it will make "flames shoot out of his fucking head" (and not in a good way), but I think I'd tweet the site to Adam too. Advertising the site is bad, but - dammit - if I were him, THIS is exactly the sort of thing he should know about.
Maybe tweet that a website has been set up (WITHOUT providing the link) and state that A.O. has been informed?
[And on a personal frustrated note - and yeah, I'd normally never recommend this.........but I'd also might tweet a copy to Neil.] don't do that - I'm just PO'ed.
IMO, this site could be extremely damaging towards the real album.

Just so when, for instance, certain things vanish and {cough} certain people oh-so-innocently say "We didn't say THAT", the caps can be a record. |

Twitter hates my computer, so if any of y'all still awake have access, you might wanna start alerting the regulars. I'm wondering if DMs are better so that the Wordpress BFM site doesn't get spread all over Twitter.
(and I ashamed to say this, but if someone wants to make a rip of BFM, I might accidentally listen to it, but I won't listen to it on that site)
