Interesting comment about Adam's career. :( Monte Pittman News @montepittmanweb Official Twitter page for montepittman.com montepittman.com@oshi4real @kittykatsz no one is forcing you to buy the album if you don't want to. But several people worked on it and just because Adam's @oshi4real @kittykatsz career may be hurt by that release, doesn't mean that they didn't put their passion and hard work on it I hesitated posting this after reading some of the positive posts, but the position about Adam's career got me a little hot under the collar again. I'm not sure who controls the tweets for this account.

You have a lot more faith in the interviewers than I do. I see interviewers asking the same dumb quetsions they usually do. Until Adam gets to Australia that is! I don't think these albums will be talking points. Actually, they shouldn't be. The new album should be the talking points. I really don't see Adam answering questions about them at all. :-/ Then at this point, that is management fail. Management is responsible for requesting talking points and though producers or writers are not obligated to use them, but interviewers usually have no problem speaking to them about what they're there to promote. That's the entire purpose. The AMA issue was a talking point for Adam's post-issue publicity. They opened the door and allowed him to say his piece, which he did, beautifully. And yes, we have heard a lot of the same questions over and over, but they may have been on 19's first round talking points. But just because some questions were repeated, that should not detract from the fact that we have also had many, many, many fantastic interviews with Adam – from RS to Slezak to Lyndsey, to the LA Times to Details, to "20/20" to Leno to Jonathan Ross ... I could go on.

It looks like it's possible that they are by two different but associated scumbags. Mean RCA will have to work twice as hard. Probably can't stop either - the best that they would be able to do is make them relabel. I have asked this before but never received an answer. When Adam first tweeted his frustration he said "Beg For Mercy project is same as 'Take One'. some songs I worked on 5 yrs ago and never finished. This release comes as a surprise to me..." but we know that is not the case...BFM is old CV stuff and the Paramount Sessions is the Take One stuff. Could it be that he did not realize that and was less frustrated with the BFM stuff? He did disapprove of both projects but just wondering how this error factors in anything.... Don't go all pounding on me....just asking a question as it is really not abundantly clear and feeds into all the Monte bashing....no not defending anything there either...heaven forbid....I am just asking the question. BTW, while I do not personally self-identify as a "pearl clutcher" I think those that do have just as much fanning rights as we crazier diamante's...I would hate to see that term added to our arsenal of 'names' to call 'others'....we have quite enough I think ??? Nope. Pretty sure Adam is right, and these two projects are both being driven by that same Malcolm dude. He may have distanced himself from it with an ever revolving door of label names, and a small staff of people busily astroturfing the interwebs about both ripoff albums, but it's him. And this confusion about it because there are two different simultaneous efforts to cash in on Adam? Exactly his plan. It also makes extremely difficult to call out or explain when a few facts are muddled in with the lies. I don't think it will significantly effect the success of Adam #2. But that doesn't mean I'm any less pissed about the whole shady thing. And I suppose it is possible that Adam could use talking about it to highlight his earlier experience before Idol. But I would be willing to bet cash money that Adam would much rather talk about his own new music, and that this will be a continued source of irritation for him. I still think the less attention it's given in the media, the better.
