I couldn't believe my eyes this morning when I began to read the thread and it was all about knitting...  Had a definite  moment - I did. Who is this person, and what does " do a song for Adam Lambert" mean? And why's he worried about his vocal cords??? Because trying to keep up with the amazing Adam lambert might mess up his vocal chords. I see his tweet as a huge compliment to Adam. Thrilled that there will be back up singers. Do I dare hope for less backing tracks???? Or perhaps he's doing a demo??? |

This guy is in NYC? He was on idol, this last season. But was speculating that he could be auditioning for backup singer, (jumping to conclusions :  either that or he's auditioning for something else, but yay for some new news! |

I just think it's rather interesting that Tommy had been playing gigs with Monte but apparently last night @the Whisky A Go Go Monte had a bass player by the name of Max Whipple. I would think that Tommy would have been available ... I wonder I have been wondering about this for a bit now. There was a fuss on twitter when Monte's album that was made with the Kickstarter funds came out - from what I gathered from twitter, he had said that Tommy would be playing on the album and T fans had donated based on that. I haven't even looked at the album, but I guess T did NOT actually play on the album - there were several complaints. I think someone was also supposed to get something signed by both Monte & Tommy and it only had M's signature. I'm not one who pays much attention to the band - just what I see go by in my twitter feed - but I think there have been some other M gigs where T hasn't played recently. There has always been some possible reason why not - but I don't think I've seen anything actually linking T & M in the last month or two. A has also made a point of tweeting with/about T since this whole bruhaha started. Just all looks a little interesting, but is completely circumstatial and may mean nothing!!! Monte apparently did all the guitar and bass tracks himself, he is actually a bass player too. Tommy has been playing out a lot with Ravi Dar and the Heartless and I think some other things as well so maybe scheduling was a problem. But Tommy was in at least one of those videos that Steve Cooke was talking about because a couple of the original musician who were contracted for the video were touring in Europe and unavailable. Cooke covered this in his statement. Tommy was also in a video for Ravi Dar called Killers along with Isaac. |
