 Somebody can knit Adam a new Poncho, with lots of fringe for Him to play with!  LMAO!! My grandma was a big crocheter when I was little ('70s) all my female cousins and I had ponchos, hats, vests, afghans, you name it. I still have my afghan somewhere. She told us she made them for us so, "You'll remember me when I die ..." Of course, we thought, "Oh grandma! You're not going anywhere ..." at the time. She's been gone for 30 years. :-/ I love the "aptness" of that yarn description of Adam: excitingly bizarre, pleasantly likeable. *nods* |

But a cuff, Cassie, think CUFF..... An Adamtopia cuff. Possibly. Wonder if we could use the yarn to make some kind of necklace. Then, add a peace symbol or other brooch of our choice in the center. That could be visible. I didn't want to be the first to say it's ugly. Let's say you are over-stocked on this ycky yarn. You change the name to Adam Lambert something or other. Voila! Yarn flies out the door. Could add some sparkly or textured black. |

jambajim jim cantiello Ew, just got a super-sketchy press release from that scummy label that's putting out @adamlambert's unauthorized pre-Idol tunes. #MarkAsSpam 1 minute ago Hope someone forwards that to RCA... Someone has tweeted @rcapromo and Adam follows Jim, so let's hope he sees it. They're attempting a full media launch with this. It is far more aggressive that "Take One," This is a full-court press. |

mwp - ok I'll practice on inexpensive yarn first. OK - boring day at Atop but busy one for me. 70 lbs meat - check; 5 dozen eggs - check; 12 tins evaporated milk - check; 6 tins condensed sweet milk - check; garlic, green and red peppers; 4 lbs jimmy dean sausage; bread; onion; 2 lbs sugar; soy sauce; vinergar; salt; peppercorn; etc., etc. - check, check, check!!! One messy kitchen - aaargh! Cooking for my annual fiesta but with Adam music in the background and checking on Atop while cooking makes it actually a nice day. Sounds like a lot of work, but kind of fun the way you're doing it!! Good luck and enjoy!  ETA: Adam tie-in .....that's a lot of meat!! |

I thought the yarn to the right of "Adam Lambert" looked more like him.

This might be the best thing forever-- Adam is now a color of yarn! I don't knit, but I'm seriously tempted to buy a skein!  ;D Adam Lambert
