Hi, gelly!!  Ya, my Twitter feed is hysterical!OK, found this pink dress pic but it's not the front view where he does look like Brooke Shields sister. But I never noticed before that he is wearing fishnet stocking, upside down, on the top! LOL! Who besides Adam would think of that?!

Re:next tour and knitting--LOL--I think it would be great to have one fingerless glove, all in the same color--peacock blue (?) but don't want to dull the clapping, so a knitted cuff for one arm would be great, and more visible than the wristbands. Now that Adam is into funk, we could do a "power to the people" raised fist as a salute to Adam. Also look cool when we are practicing swaybot moves. also easier to find each other. Peeps who knit can share with those that don't. 4Msrmyn, I think your half sweater may be breeding with my scarf attempts that all look like pennants instead of rectangles--somehow I always add stitches as I go! I know how that is. I just called mine a sweater to impress people. As for the cuffs, I was watching old episodes of Spartacus (with the actor that my son tells me recently passed away). He was given some fancy armor by his master. The metal sleeves had lace poking out at the wrists. I couldn't find a photo:  My first thought was leather bracelets with lace ruffles. That would be difficult to make and impractical as far as cleaning. I think maybe just elastic-stretchy lace cuffs worn with leather or metal cuff bracelets would be cool, although I'd like to have his armor sleeves. How about leather buckle cuffs and you could use velcro to attach the lace? Still just thinking out loud. (The ruffles could be any color. I like the idea of both black and white.) (The metal sleeves would probably irritate me after a couple of minutes and end up decorating the back seat of the car before I ever get to Adam's concert.) |

Wait!!! What about Brooke Shields? In that old pic of Adam in that pink "dress" he was a dead ringer... but even prettier than she is...JMO  sorry not that pink dress pic, google found only this. Click for larger image:
