Yeah if you compare Adam's view counts to other Idol artists he's doing really well. But if you compare him to the pop artists with smash hits currently he's got a long way to go. I really hope his new music gets him at least partway there!

Oh dammit. The original Moser article was just an on-line blog. Now it made the print edition of our paper (The Morning Call) - complete with photo! Probably because it's a LOCAL freakin' company that is releasing the bastard album! Ugh. At least they make it pretty clear with Adam's quotes that the music is not his new stuff and not his vision, I don't think anyone could read that and not understand that he doesn't support its release.

The full SNL skit More Cowbell (poor quality, but you get the picture). A cult classic. Can one of you ninjas find the YT performance where Adam says "More Cowbell?" It was during a KISS concert, probably during Music Again. Haven't found it yet, tho.

Well, since it's reasonably quiet today, can anyone tell me which GNT Broken Open is the best sound-wise? How many shows did he actually sing it?

I think it simply boils down to respect. in both cases, both live the life and digital glitter the people in question took into consideration Adam's position and feelings and only released with his authorization. Live the Life was put on hold for nearly two years for that reason.
Also, neither Live the Life nor Digital Glitter were marketed as "adam lambert" tracks. Live the Life was released with a "featuring" Adam Lambert caveat and I don't remember there being any mention of Adam in the digital glitter release at all.
It's obvious the BFM people are scumbags trying to capitalize on Adam's celebrity for their own gain without regard to what it might do to Adam's career. If that weren't the case they wouldn't be underhandedly marketing this as "new" Adam music and his "new single".
It stinks but I do agree that RCA/19/Adam probably have no legal recourse in this matter. All they can hope is that the fans are smart enough to smell a fraud and stay far away from it.

Haha....Hahahaha......HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! Dear god that is mediocre!!....and what is that thin, reedy screech in the middle? Even with the autotune he sounds flat. Wow.... Haha...Hahahaha.......HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! (This is the guy they were comparing to Adam?!!) (swiped Bed For Mercy...and even THAT with its dated, kinda simplistic production, is better that Durbin's single. : Can't believe the positive review......*still giggling
