Years back, men were also allowed these emotional connections. They could say: I love you. I want to be with you. I want to hold hands. OMG - was on my way back from Houston this afternoon and was listening to their Top 40 Radio station, KRBE, 104.1, when out of the blue, the female DJ said "well, Adam Lambert has certainly been a busy boy" and went on to plug his new album due out in spring 2012 and even quoted the description he gave of the album from the Advocate article!!! Needless to say, I called and thanked her and told her how excited his fans are and that we are looking forward to the first single which should be released next month. At that point, I lost my connection but at least I got to chat with her for a few minutes! And, WWFM was something like #23 or #28 on their list of Top 104 Songs from 2010. Yay!!! Just had to share this with you guys.
Note: When she said "well AL has certainly been a busy boy," I thought "oh crap! I've been away from Atop for 5 hours! I need to get back home pronto!! forget the other errands I was going to take care of; I can do that tomorrow!" LOL Yep - reallly far down the rabbithole...
OT, but in case anyone is interested, I also heard on the radio that Scotty McCreary is singing the NA at the first game of the World Series tonight on Fox.

well adam levine DEF is, but there's a little rumor about lambert too! fingers crossed, tho he's not on the official list
