I watched all Adam's Idol clips on Youtube and try to watch the X-factor for the first 2 weeks. Lots of crying looked like staging to me and really put me off to the show. Adam was not like that at all on Idol!!! He looked so happy and down to earth, so different. But I will watch if they invite Adam on the show.  It seems to me that during Adam's season on Idol, Danny Gokey was the only one that the producers (and Danny) really over-played the sob story. I watched the X-Factor music sessions at the judges homes and thought those were great House Hunter episodes. They didn't make me care about the contestants, but now I want to be a billionaire with houses in the Hamptons, Paris and wherever the other 2 were. Q3 said something a while back about Idol being a billion dollar show. I was shocked by that and it really made me look at all of these shows differently. I don't think the shows really care whether the winner becomes a star in the music business. The producers concerns begin and end with the show. |

When Adam DOES get his first single out, I hope he'll be appearing all over TV ASAP. I'm enjoying Kelly Clarkson's appearances (on DWTS and X-Factor UK), but I'm ready to see Adam and see where/how/with whom/wearing what/etc. he'll be performing!

I don't recall seeing that vest before. in Australia? the first promo there? not sure - just that somehow poped into my mind...will go Google, as I don't save pictures... |
