If I remember correctly from the last go-round, the submitted names list was REALLY long and comprehensive, lol. I remember thinking, geez, the labels submit just about everyone on their roster. Wasn't even Kris Allen submitted for something? There were something like 400 submissions last year. Labels pretty much throw everything into the mix and see what sticks. When actual nominations come out and Adam is included that will be cause to get excited. How many do they pick in each category? There are 288 submissions for Pop Vocal Album - Adele takes one of those slots...I see David Cook in there too....like you said - the labels throw in everything they've got and hope for the best. Didn't see the submission for Best Long Video....cool! He has a shot at that one, don't you think? *runs off to check the competition* edit/ wow... 132 in THAT category. It really REALLY is a big deal just to get a nomination, isn't it!?? |

It just struck me as hyping for Stacy tonight by using the tweet from Adam. [That's where I'm being unkind.] Then you probably haven't seen the projectrunway tweets his social circle is doing for just one contestant. That contestant, Anthony Ryan, is off the show though. He got eliminated 2-3 weeks ago. The tweets will get him fan favorite and $10,000 for his charity. |

I had an Adam - nightmare last night. The single was finally released. We were all over the moon and happy. They played it and it was a medley of BEATLES SONGS!! Obladi Oblada, When I´m 64, The Long And Winding Road. And the worst thing was YOU ALL LOVED IT!!!  >:(  I swear if this happens I'm resigning as a mod and joining the Witless Protection Program. There are some Gates that can not be survived :-/   NoAngel..I swear..lololol... Having puter issues, so hope this sends. I've never seen so many of you nekkid before..some new Atop thing I've missed??  Happy Belated Birthdays to RIHANNSU!!!!!MARIE23!!!RKM!!!

Adam I want nominated in all the categories he is submitted for, dreaming I know. For sure Adele will clean house, truly, she deserves the recognition too. |
