Hair, shaved, not shaved, all I see is a hot dude right there That is a great photo I think it depends on the angle of the photo. This is the first time I have thought Sauli is handsome - I have always thought he was sweet and cute and nice and boyish, but not hot (to me)

I do not think that sales are the singular measure of success -- Adam needs a strong opening on Adam #2 -- and he really needs a single that radio adores if he wants to be a real "Pop/Rock Star". He is working with the right people and RCA seems committed to letting him get this album and the singles right. I am confident Adam will have a solid opening but I do not expect him to match the first week of FYE -- more important is that Adam Lambert TBD goes platinum in the US. The Kelly numbers for this album have nothing to do with album but are a bit of a disappointment. Here are the opening weeks in the US for Kelly.... 2003 "Thankful" 297,000 copies55 2004 "Break Away" 250,000 copies 2007 "My December" 291,000 copies 2009 "All I Ever Wanted" 255,000 copies 2011 "Stronger" 150,000 copies???? prediction is 155-165K ETA: I edited this because I had not checked what the HDD forecast was. Q3, question, now that Adam's #2 is slated for 2012 first quarter release instead of for the holidays, what do you think would be a good figure for debut week sales?

Perez was giving tactless advice (ooooh, surprise there) and Adam tweeted
adamlambert Adam Lambert @stacyfrancis yes but he would have said the same about Adele if rolling in the deep hadn't blown up. She changed the game b/c of talent. 4 hours ago
Perez rebuttal with links to posts back to 2008 about thinking Adele was a future star
Adam must have just caught Perez's follow up, hence the "my bad"

Well,
can I say I think the hair is ridiculous AND I LOVE IT??
Adam, never change.
Or should I say, Adam, PLEASE continue to always change, evolve, shock, soothe, attract, repel and surprise us.
I like it.
ETA: Much as I hate Perez, I admire Adam for owning up to his mistakes. Part of what I love about him.
That, and the hair drama, of course.

If Adam #2 comes in at 130K-140K, would that be a big disappointment? Personally, I think it is a realistic expectation. Kelly is getting old for a pop star. She is doing well, but her style and look is competing with the pop divas. TBH, I expected her first week numbers to come in lower than this. Beyonce's, Coldplay's, and Kelly's numbers are all down. I wonder what Daughtry's will be? ??? His single is only getting significant radio spins on HAC stations. It's tough out there on the pop charts for those who aren't putting out Rap collabs or for those who aren't pop divas.

Ironic. The thread started this morning with ooo's and aww's because Adam said he adores us. That was followed by and all-day ridicule of him over a frigging haircut. Why? Because we are bored? I understand that everyone has a right to their opinion ..... so I guess this is mine. Adam, you are gorgeous, your haircut means shit. And you will be fabulous looking, articulate and charming , as ever, for your promotion campaign. Thank you Susie and Spenser for your posts, you made better points than I could. So begins the pile-on. why a pile-on? You are absolutely right in everything you said and especially the red part and you are right - we are bored and there isn't much else to discuss Adam-wise but the latest several pictures that unfortunately feature the unfortunate situation on Adam's gorgeous and uber-genious head :-[...especially for us, the long hair lovers... however, lets talk about Adam's never-changing always perfect unsurpassed in its beauty NOSE reihmer - please post a few samples for us - K? thank you!

Got a chance to log on and I thought wow, 20 pages, must be something flipping exciting - Something great happened today. Hair angst???????????????? Hmmmmmmmmmmmm. Me thinks you are all fucking bored. Come my way - got plenty for you all to do. Wish you lived closer, I would volunteer to help you. So did the house sell and all is well? The tweets are very entertaining, I get them to a point, but, is there some underlying gotcha I am missing? It will be interesting to see what Perez has to say about Adam's new single. ;D
