Not sure this is a celebrity story, but in November 1971 my small catholic girls high school had its senior trip to Williamsburg VA. A side trip was to Monticello (Jefferson's home) with a lunch at a local hotel. Turned out the Beach Boys were also having lunch at said hotel, and Mike Love struck up a conversation with several of the hs girls. He then boarded one of the buses for the hs group to go to the Monticello tour. The nuns caught on somewhere around the time we disembarked at Monticello and called for Mike's escort away. (But he was quite lovely, and not inappropriate.) The Beach Boys played at the Capital Theatre in Passaic NJ a few weeks later, and a bunch of us went to that show.

And a bit like a "Trouble with Angels" nuns and catholic girls high school movie plot!

Another celebrity meeting story-
Quite a way back in time I walked over to a club near where I lived to see a show. People didn't tend to come much in advance in those days, so even though it was about 25 minutes before doors were to open I was about the 5th person in line.
There was a staff member sitting on a tall stool in front of the doors, which were in a shallow alcove. I had met him previously so said hello. We made a little chit chat back and forth. One of the bits of conversation in that little exchange drew the attention of the person standing in front of me. He turned around and asked me a question. It was Graham Nash! His question started a fun conversation between the two of us that lasted until the doors opened. He was bright, funny, well informed, down to earth, and lovely to spend time with. We walked through the doors together, then said good bye as he was off to the back stage area to hang out with the artists who were to play that night. He had a wonderful, warm vibe or aura or whatever one wants to call that sense one gets from another person.
peace&love

Sorry sizzling63 but tbh, i can't quite figure out what you mean either. No need to be sorry. I shouldn't have typed up that sentence (that for some reason led to such strong emotional reactions and confusion obviously), but I did not want to delete as someone had already responded. So I crossed it out. Consider it not important enough.
