Hmm, thought:
1. According to Shoshana, Adam has/had meetings with Sony UK in London this afternoon, right?
2. This time around we know that the strategy is to go with a global launch: same single at the same time everywhere.
3. UK is a major market, that Adam did not conquer the first time around, so key in the strategy for this era
Do you guys think it's possible that, after he met with Sony execs in New York a couple of weeks ago (when he did the whole drag queen bingo thing), he is now meeting with the UK ones to make the final decision on the single? This would also fit with Shoshana's tweet that the single has not yet been chosen. BUT this means it is being chosen as we speak!!
Bleh, I really want that single. I want him to start promoting and wow the world with his music! *stomps foot* Patience is not one of my virtues.

Wow, I wonder if those weeks we didn't see Adam and how scarce he was for awhile were during this time. I hate to think of him as being sad, ever. Of course, that's all in the past. But this interview is great!
It’s funny, when I started the writing process I felt totally exhausted. It’s like a decompression that happens after you’re on the road so long. Real life feels so foreign and bizarre, and I was actually a little bit depressed when I first came back because I just didn’t know what to do with myself. I felt a little bit lonely and I was trying to get back into my friendships but it felt like I had been gone for so long, it was strange. And I was trying to get over a couple of failed dating situations that didn’t go so well.Yep, that paragraph really got to me. Never would have guessed he felt that way, esp. the part about getting over a couple of failed dating situations. Soooo glad he met Sauli and that they are in love.  |

She said there was no single to perform. No single yet. To me that means it isn't out yet. I am sticking by my guns that the single is chosen and has been for about a month, at least. |

I think they have 2-3 songs picked up as singles and they're gonna decide based on the UK and the US radio peeps which one is gonna be and when Adam gets back home he will announce it. They have promo ready IMO, only the single is missing. |

I’ve read some of the coverage on last night’s EMA show and even though Gaga gets most of the mentions I am thrilled, and this is not sour grapes, that Adam is not a freak. He may fly his freak flag sometimes but it’s always about the song and the voice. I can appreciate Gaga sometimes and I loved Bad Romance and Poker Face but that doesn’t mean I want the person whose talent and charisma I deeply admire to be like her, no matter how much attention it would garner.
Just like Gaga, Adam is one of a kind and does not need to emulate anyone else in order to attract attention. It may take longer but I also feel it will last longer. His #realness tweet thrilled me.
