Just got back here and wanted to say thanks for answering my questions about a manager for Adam and when the AMA's are this year.
I guess when Adam starts his single promo push that's when we'll see his new manager at the different places he's interviewed and the shows and red carpets he does.
I do think the AMA's are a possibility if we get the 11-11-11 single release.

Ok, I got it, indeed you can't. Bandwidth extended. This sucks. I'll figure something out. I just really did not want to open my own Photobucket account, but it seems like I might have to I can see it! I was getting a Photobucket error message earlier, but for the last 30 minutes at least I could see his hot, in-yer-face gif. And thanks! Let's hope great minds ... or educated guesses prevail and we get something soon. |

Ok, I fixed it. Kinda. I had to use another, darker version but that's ok. I'll prolly change often anyways, I get bored.

Happy, MTV also edited out The Show Must Go On in the Ontario...I say we should picket MTV Canada. I sat through all that intermidable talking patiently, and THEN they had the nerve to cut out almost half of Adam's performance, the best of the night, just so they could finish on time at 10:00!!! BAH, HUMBUG!! I watched the stream...then got all excited for the the right time for Queen, got my hubby to sit and wait for the lead in (GAGA..he is so not a fan of GAGA) and low and behold no.... The Show Must Go On. My heart went thud. I took someone else's advise from last night ...can't remember who right now.. and I emailed Canada MTV hoping for a re broadcast with the full three song Queen/Adam Lambert segment. Other countries got the full Medley..why not for Canada. I wanted that whole momentous moment in time taped on my PVR. I will probably never get it now! Have to be content with youtube. FRICK and FRAC! EDIT: Middle of the night and Adam out signing with his SUNGLASSES ON! A Rockstar pic for sure Now - why didn't I think of that, Stampsgal?? I was obviously too busy swearing under my breath to think straight! I'm off now to send a polite note to MTV Canada!! Thanks for mentioning it!! |

Whoa, hoopla1 what. was. that??? That was terrible. Sorry Paul Rodgers fans, I'm sure he's a nice guy and a good talent (had never heard him sing before either) but there's really no comparison. Wow. It really puts things into perspective how good Adam was last night yaaa....that was absolutely NOT what I expected from a Queen Front Man. NOT AT ALL. Both Brian and Roger must've been feeling they were in heaven last night - which explains both Brian's facial expressions during the performance and the Roger's words in the interview... WOW. Just WOW. |

I mean, of course, haterz gonna hate, but the "The dude can't sing" meme is really pathetic. I guess it's almost as bad as homophobic comments when putting down Adam to defend Freddie or saying, "Adam's more flamboyant then Freddie." ??? So patently untrue, but seems that's typical of someone who needs to defend their position regardless of its rationality. Reminds me of the old idol bubble debates. I don't get why people who don't like a singer's style try to claim they aren't excellent singers when they are. I used to use the example of Mariah, Celine, etc. Sure, they are not my cuppa, but I would never in a million years try to say they can't sing. And yeah, charging money to run 20+-year-old home movies without today's digital sound? I'm sure that will go over very well. It seems when people need to go to great lengths to hate, they make up the craziest stuff. |
