Took me a while to catch up and as usual everything has been said. Just a few random thoughts. - Adam's last concert was just last Dec. - He only started working on this album after he took a couple of months off. When you're comparing to other album delays, I think start times count.
- His friends and family had listening parties in the summer - but something was not right. He's trying to produce his own album and had a lot to learn and apparently got inspired in a different direction - so in some ways it was "back to the drawing board" just this summer.
- My biggest worry (as many of you have said)
is was that the music wouldn't be as good as it might be because of Adam's inexperience. Today's tweets from the UK are VERY, VERY encouraging to me. YAY
- IMHO There weren't ANY songs sung at the EMA's that will stand the test of time as the Queen songs have. I want QUALITY from Adam - worthy of his abilities. I think he's doing his best to GET IT RIGHT.
- Maybe he will do a New Year's concert if the money is enticing enough. Refill the coffers a little? Maybe he and Queen can do a New Years Concert!! Hey, dream big if your dreaming - right?
- In the mean time, as someone already pointed out, there is a lot of stuff still happening and now maybe a Rolling Stone Article!!!!

Folks, does anyone know if MTV will be re-running EMAs again? I can't find it in the future listings for any of the MTV stations for the next two days, but I hope I am just "not seeing it". Do they call it "EMAs"? I really want to record... NICA, I don't know about MTV, but LOGO is airing it today at 5pmPST--so maybe check *8pmEST if you get that channel? I'm going to watch it again this evening! *Modified thx to MyS*&@^#r's catch of my inability to get time zones right! :-[ |

So AFL recently said he'd done 2 interviews - we got the Advocate, RS is the second? No, The Advocate timeline is not right. He said phone interviews. I think RS would have been in person. And OUT was in person. IMO, we still don't know what the phone interviews were for. |
