Just reading the complaint,, page 2 they are seeking $75,000 in damages And I see " exceeds $75,000." Legalese means we are in for a couple of days of nitpicking!!  |

Hoping someone jumps it, but this looks like its just for BEM....no future writing. on page 30, it lists the compositions, writers and %.
So I';m thinking because Adams team stopped the sales and taking down the CD, from AMazon, it violated this agreement.

Well, we'll see what our resident attorneys will say. On the emotional level - reading the agreement that Adam had to sign to get his $25 hour is painful to the point that I stopped reading...will go back later...Real bloodsuckers. The great thing is that $75K is no longer such a great deal for BB and this whole thing will keep him in the media for now, until the album drops. I only hope he doesn't get too emotionally involved and lets his lawyers deal with this. |
