Thank you for translations and explanations murly, gelly, stardust and aurora! I hope NoAngel won't mind but I included her explanation in my blog posts signature. LOVE IT!! And love NoAngel's assessment. I totally agree. Just like what Rama said about #BETTERTHANIKNOWMYSELF – it's already taken on a life of it's own because the concept seems to grab people and there is enough room for interpretation that everyone is coming up with their own concepts for it. That is HUGE, IMO. I thought it was kind of funny when people were getting irked that the trend was being "hijacked." I thought it was awesome. Said to me right there that the concept was grabbing people's interest with just the hashtag. Immediately, I started putting out a tweet here and there with the explanation of it – Adam Lambert's new single coming soon – to make sure anyone going into the trend would see it. Same with Trespassing – it's evocative. It can be viewed literally or figuratively – even in a biblical sense – and the concepts are still thought-provoking and mean different things to different people. Very exciting!!! |

With all the good news of the last few days, I decided to delurk for a while. Just for you to have another mark in your beautiful map. I noticed the lack of adamtopians in Portugal! And it is just wrong. By the way, I didn't listen to the demo and I am not going to do that. Just waiting for the real stuff. Great day to delurk! Do lurkers get as exhausted as the regulars do?!  |

I gotta say - I really liked WWFM - a lot. But, honestly, I love even the demo of "Better Than I Know Myself" as a song much, much more. Not an expert on anything, but I listen to the radio every day (driving) and this is EXCACTLY what I want to hear: coz if i wanted to go i woulda gone by now but i really need you near me to keep my mind off the edge if i wanted to leave i woulda left by now but youre the only one that knows me better than i know my seeeeelf. I know nothing, I listen to top40 about an hour or so a day, and I've listened to hit predictor for months, and this song seems like with some updating it would fit in perfectly and showcase his vocals well. Plus it's much better than a lot of the stuff being tried out for top 40 on hit predictor. Two other things, someone did ask Claude about this song on twitter back when the demo first surfaced, and asked about if the song had changed with Adam and he responded with a very winky, wait and see/oh yeah kinda answer. Does anybody have this tweet?Also it might be just a joke but I thought that the (or one of the) Benny Blanco produced song(s) was referred to on twitter as "No boys allowed?" again there is probably something in the archives about this. ETA: plus you know those turtle sex noises will be worked in  |
