If you don't want to download, this is the Sony site but it is taking forever to load. It is the 5th version of get Over It and just says, "Demo Artist" Ooooo, the ninjas are good! www.sonyatv.com/search/index.php/search#!search%3Dquick%26page%3D1%26quick_search%3DGet+Over+It I think it's catchy. Sounds like a "gay" kind of anthem. From the little bit I heard and my untrained ear, I wouldn't think this was part of the new stuff even if it made the album. It's just a short snippet that I got, but has potential. IMHO, :D |

So I concur, it is probably NOT on the album. But it's Adam's voice, singing something new!!

And just IMO but we can't possibly expect Adam's band to compare with Queen. Every single member of that band was a virtuoso musician and an extraordinarily skilled writer- there was not one iota of slack in that group ever. That's a pipe dream. The key word is BAND. Adam is not a band. I don't care about Tommy one way or the other except that the cray tommyberts disgust me, but imo Adam doesn't need virtuoso musicians but people who form a backing band that blends into the background. Hopefully Tommy will stop his headbanging and whoever suggested Cam as musical director - I co-sign this (if only Adam would ask us :D). Agree that Adam is a solo artist but disagree that he needs a band that "blends into the background." And IMO better musicians can only elevate Adam's music and push him to be even better. I would never ask for a just ok band. Example- IMO Michael Buble would not be near as popular an artist if not for his kick ass band. Those people know how to play. No, I am not comparing Adam to Michael Buble but they are both solo artists who tour with musicians. So IMO a better "backing band" can only be a good thing. ETA: I don't think Adam needs a "musical director." I think that position was invented purely to give Monte a title more special than "lead guitarist." Adam is the musical director IMO. |
