I would say "No way!" Especially for a private event like this. If it was for somehting like the AMAs, then possibly. Anyway, they have known about this event since late Spring and at the EMAs Adam was still saying, "single in January." No, it's something else. I have had something in the back of my mind but have been afraid to say it ..... should I? Spit it out !!! I have my jar of salt, sachet of magic faery dust, bone of contention, or can of whoop ass all at the ready just in case. :D |

I don't think most people "believe" in astrology.
It's just something that is interesting and fun to play around with.
Like many superstitions, we may know it is hooey but still entertain ourselves by ascribing to the tenets.
I would never walk under a ladder, open an umbrella indoors, not knock on wood, or step on a crack.
I know it is foolish but it pleases me to do it anyway.
Astrology can be much the same- while you may not believe in its day to day importance it is another thing entirely to violate one of its most serious caveats.

OK, this is so far out there, I only mentioned it to one Atopper in a DM. (She kind of said, "um, no!" ) ;D What if....... Adam is going to be announced as the first artist on Dr. Luke's new label? What if...... the most recent delays have been because the Dr Luke stuff wasn't quite ready? This, would be a major press release! It could be the reason for all the secrecy? ETA: This is all wild conjecture on my part I know nothing! But, Adam, this is what happens to our brains when we know nothing!!! hmmmm .... goes through bag of responses and comes up with ... nothing except I hope not because I don't think an announcement that big would come before Christmas. |

Part of me goes "NO, that can't be right" and part of me says "What if they moved the label start date back from January to December?" It doesn't look like they've signed anyone yet, so why not start with Adam? But would RCA really let Adam moves his contract, even if it is another Sony label? This is a really wild guess, but stranger things have certainly happened lately. |

Stranger things could happen....I dunno if this would be a good or bad move for him but it def could be a reason for any kind of hold up. That being said..who knows! Hope after all this fanfare and waiting that there is SOME sort of big deal thing happening or else...all this secrecy and shit is hella confusing. |
