Even though I know we won't have any news for a few more hours yet, I still can't seem to tear myself away from Atop!! So glad my plans changed and I'm not out-of-town today!

ROFLOL That is one of the funniest things I've ever read! It's hilarious, but OH SO TRUE!! LOL!! I'm at my sons house, watching my Gson. He's sitting on the couch with my portable DVD player watching Monsters Inc. along with some cartoon on tv. I'm sitting in the kitchen on my sons laptop...mouse in hand!! Need to make lunch though, and recharge this laptop. Just checking in to see what's going on. BBL for sure!!! FLAILLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!! It's a wonderful day !!!!

Dreyer's is a very popular brand in the Western United States and Texas, and is marketed as Edy's in the East so as not to be confused with Breyer's. Not to be confused with Blue Bell, which is the best ice cream in the country. Adam, come perform your single in Texas and have some. Have to take exception with the Blue Bell = Best Ice Cream in America. They make fine ice cream and amazing fat free products. BUT the best ice cream in America is probably found in local shops who make fresh ice cream. And there are many great ones. A far as factory ice cream -- I think they are all pale imitations of the real thing. Dreyer's (now Nestle) has been "reformulated" with cheaper ingredients and longer shelf life. Once was great. Breyer's was also great once. Before Breyers was turned into a national brand -- they made spectacular ice cream -- all natural and with fresh LOCAL ingredients. The peach ice cream, for example, was made with New Jersey peaches only once a year. Unilever now ones them and has destroyed them by adding synthetic gums and other crap to the ice cream to save money. I am also a fan of Bassett's -- from Philadelphia -- it is the oldest ice cream producer in the US (est. 1861) and makes original Philadelphia style ice cream which is what American ice cream is based on vs. gelato and other forms of frozen magnificence! www.bassettsicecream.com/ (you can buy it online if you have a ton of money!!) Frozen desserts are my absolute favorite food group. Right ahead of pudding and pies and cheesecakes and...... If it is sweet -- I love it!! ETA: No reason to be "scared". Adam could just give us the track list and people would scream. It will not take much.

So, if you download a copy on each computer, i-something, whatever....that must count as multiple copies right, because how are they supposed to know. If you then later sync your i-tunes, you should have multiple copies, just like you do now from previous i-tunes release levels. Right? Also, you are limited to one copy from i-tunes, but you can still get another one from AO, Amazon.com, etc...so i-tunes is really only restricting their own sales, they are not constricting the sales overall for the single...same for any other downloading site. So does anyone understand why i-tunes is doing that to themselves? You can dl from i tunes multiple times. Soundscan just won't count it. Right. And how would they know not to count it, if it is d/l on different machines?
