[grins] Here's what makes it even more profound: I think the reason that Eber calls "Trespassing" a gerund is because its being used as an album title. An album is a noun, so "Trespassing" in this instance is also a noun. Since "trespass" is a verb, making it an "-ing" word and then changing it to a noun usage is what actually makes it a gerund. #obsuregrammarrules TY it makes sense now. [snicker] Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand for my next party trick, I can diagram sentences too!! [does a Catskills standup imitation] I'm here all week! Try the veal, its delicious! #randomstuffIcan'tbelieveIremember #Ha!myEnglishteacherthoughIwasn'tpayingattention ;D

Comment deleted by Q3 -- the original post is an anonymous post for Live Journal that is at best of questionable origin. I terminated this conversation hours ago and clearly missed a post.
Nothing wrong with your post.

I like the pants...totally retro. I will NEVER feel that hairstyle although it doesn't look too bad from that angle.
He's still got time to shoot the album cover, doesn't he? His single look is hawt, hawt....HAWT!!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY EVIE AND ROOTS!!

@adamlambert Adam Lambert Meanwhile, Yesterday was MY album photoshoot!! So excited!!! Woohoo!! Wait till you guys see the fashion! I was like a kid in a candy shop 6 Oct There are good sources that the album photography is not done -- that they didn't finish. I was skeptical but the fact that the single has different hair leads me to think that the album photography will have multiple looks -- similar to the FYE booklet concept but betterer. Hope you're right. And I'm praying that the CD cover pic has his full head of hair like that gorgeous single pic. Why would he use the shaved head pics anyway when he - thank god - only had that look for a short time? Surely he is not going back to that look. ACK! If that shaved head is the CD cover look, I'll be buying it with my eyes closed - again. FYE cover was bad enough. ;D

I'm learning to speak Chunkey ... like a BAUSE!! Re: Bruno ... ITA, it sure as hell can't hurt. He is extremely popular and he is Adam's key competition as a male pop star who can really sing. We know as well as anyone that loyalty for the person you support runs deep and IN GENERAL, fans have a tendency to view someone who is complimentary to the person they support in a very positive manner, but get very protective if they are dissed. (Evidenced by the brutal Gaga fan attack on Boy George a few weekends ago.) When Adam has complimented Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato, their fans LOVED it. People who have Twitter searches open on Adam could see all the Selena and Demi fans squeeing and sharing the tweet and saying how cute he is, etc. That's laying down a lot of goodwill (another thing that Adam is extremely good at). When he stood up for Rihanna after the "Man Down" video, some of her fans started a follow campaign for Adam. Like Adam said himself, this business is about relationships and establishing not only a partnership, but goodwill, with some of his primary competition can only benefit him, I think. I too love this about Adam. I think it's both strategic and just part of his personality. I remember when Bruno Mars was busted for coke possession and was in the middle of a bad media storm, Adam tweeted something nice about one of his songs and Bruno tweeted back a big thanks right away. I believe this was there first exchange. I thought at the time it may have been Adam trying to be nice to someone who was at a low point. I imagine Bruno(and his fans) appreciated that. I will never get over the time when someone asked Adam if anyone in the industry had reached out to him after the AMAs and his career was hanging in the balance. He thought for a moment and said no. I thought really? Not one person thought "Hey This kid is getting kicked around and may need to hear a nice word about now." He waded through that on sheer guts all on his own.

I like the Duran pics. Adam looks modern, intense, edgy and HOT.
And geez, nothing can take away from the perfection of his face, IMO.

Oh hell - please not the album shoot. The first single pic is so incredible and gorgeous and now this franken-gump shaved head pic?????? I'm sorry but I find that pic hideous overall and I'm sick inside thinking that is the album shoot. Universe - make it NOT SO. :-/ just to add some balance ;D I LOOOVE the Duran shot, think Adam looks edgy as hell and v. handsome, I'm completely kinky for stripes, and like the slight urban appeal of the t-shirt and baggy jeans. See, you can please some of the people all of the time! Seacrest, OUT. (ps, love the BTIKM single cover with the pretty and the HAIR and the "shoulder situation" too. ) Me Too! Gives me Elvis vibes. The hair even works for me in this pic. But I couldn't figure out why people were making comparisons to Duran Duran and went as far as doing a google image search.... : Jamie is slooow today.
