Finally dipping my toes and am a little bit scared . . .be kind. Family loves Adam (I was a disinterested observer) but today, I had to check what all the commotion was about. Have to say Mr. Lambert has killer chops. I wish the lad a lot of success. Family happy = me happy. So glad you decided to join this great group at this very exciting time in the fandom! 8-) |

ok guys got a question for you.... In reading a few other boards, I keep hearing that this is a HAC song, but maybe not a pop song. I rather disagree with this mostly because it is sung like a pop song and it has a distinctive beat to it. Its not uptempo, but every song on CHR doesn't need to be uptempo. I'm curious of the opinions of those who listen to top 40 on a regular basis. I can hear this on my top 40 station. I'm starting to second guess myself now. I listen to KIIS and they play the crap out of Someone Like You and It Will Rain but have never added Kelly's Mr Know It All. So who knows? I do think this has a bit of an R&B sound to it that might help. KIIS in LA is always a problem because although it's Top 40 it leans even more "urban". I'm thinking Pharrel might help there. But it did play Kelly's song 3 times last week. If you want to hear what's moving on the charts right now without having to actually find and listen to a station. Go to the add boards.. addboard.mediabase.com/AddsByFormat.asp# sort by the number of adds (go to last week if there are no adds for this week) You can click the sound button next to each song and listen to it ETA - I think BTIKM matches up well with JesseJ and David Guetta the top two adds (right now) in top 40. |
