Argghhhh major fail Sony Music Africa, MAJOR fail! I just got a tweet back from a popular radio station in SA saying: We have not heard from Sony Music Entertainment with regards to this & the chance is not good that we will this time of year. FU Sony Africa, seriously this radio station has been always very pro Adam. >:( ETA: I'm going to chill about it because I forgot we are on en.wikipedia.org/wiki/African_time |

Hey -- Jay Reeve (I think he's from a New Zealand station) gave me a shout out. I had written him after he played BTIKM -- thanked him for that and then said his mixes were good but I was having a hard time picking up on his accent. I think he was happy that someone was streaming him from Nashville. Anyways, I got a kick out of it. I tried to contact everyone each time I heard BTIKM to thank them for playing the song. I don't know if it helps, but it's worth a try. Will be making my many purchases later on during the day. Yes he's a DJ on ZM in NZ! I know that NZ DJs love to hear from international fans - I actually think many are surprised that they get so many!!!! But they are getting used to it when it comes to Adam!! ;D It is early days, and if I was to be totally honest, I was hoping for more spins on NZ radio today - heard 3x on our biggest top40 station (The Edge) and only once on ZM.... BUT it has climbed massively on itunes - currently #15 pop and #24 overall!! A way to go to catch up to the AWESOME BERTLANDIANS!!!! That is just perfection to have it at #1 while he is there - soooo hope he knows about it!!! Am fortunate to be on holiday now - had a total day of berting!!! It is 11pm here and I have only left my comp to do a couple of loads of washing & get a haircut!!! hehe IT IS FINALLY ACTUALLY HAPPENING!!!!!!!!!!  |
