Well, it's not same for everybody in Europe though. At least for me beau has always meant just boyfriend, nothing else. When I think of the term "beau" I think of Gone With The Wind. Beau has has always seemed to me to be a more regionalized reference to a boyfriend -- more Southern in use here in the States. It's also a very common name for a beloved family pet -- usually of the four legged, furry variety. Cheeks's little dog is named Beau. Beau plays "Jack Russell Mix" in the Husbands series. When Cheeks did a play based on The Golden Girls TV show, he played a character named Beau Devereaux--the male version of Rue McClanahan's character, Blanche Devereaux. I think that may be why he named his pooch Beau. ETA: Could someone please stick a pin in Perez and let all the hot air out?  |

Did anyone see it? Came by absolutely accidentally in one of the comments on the article in 'The Hollywood reporter' (if I remember correctly, don't know what possessed me to read it): it was said something about the photos of Adam and Sauli arrested and there was a link - pqrnews.com/News/former-american-idol-adam-lambert-arrested-in-finland-photo/ - but I can't open the photos itself :-( It goes to this page, starcasm.net/archives/135157 which contains a totally fake mugshot pic of Adam (they say this at the bottom of the article). Otherwise there is nothing new in the article. |

I'm thinking Adam only needs to apologize to Sauli. Since he a decent human being, the next stop would be the bar owner and Sauli's dad. Geez I hate when the media drags celebs out and expects them to apologize to the world about their wrong doings. I was spouting this same opinion about Tiger Woods. Why the heck did he need a press announcement?  Sorry this is just one of those things that pisses me off to no end. |

I never understood that macaroni line in the song. www.thefreedictionary.com/beauIt feels terribly annoying that the media in USA refers to Sauli as *a beau* .. as if he had no value at all but is just a playmate for Adam. Why do they underestimate Adam's inteligence so much? .. Is Adam considered some kind of a stupid person in USA??..To live with a beau???.. crap!! ok.. in Europe it means a boy toy:))) Awwww..... Perez is an asshole. That's all. It's weird. I feel like there's a hate, love and jealousy in there. Either he likes Adam but Adam shut it in the first place (Adam told him only in his dream when he tweeted Adam i.e. comparing size or something). And off course now he's also jealous that Adam in relationship with a very cute guy that has 6 pack. Soo.. no hopes there for him. Or he's just jealous that Adam's so happy with Sauli now. |
