I found this on Katri twitter account from yesterday. Can somone translate for us??? it actually shows rooms they might have been in!!!! The article shows pictures of what the cell look like. It just points out the differences between the places - there is no mention about these being the exact cells they were in. The place where Sauli was is intended for people who are not capable of taking care of themself because they are so drunk, and the cells are very bare, with just a mattress on the floor and not much else. The place where Adam was taken is meant for people who are arrested based on criminal charges. The cell has a simple bed (made of concrete) with a mattress and another level to sit down and a table, but not much else there, either. The article starts by telling how the fight has been mocked about and laughed at around the world. Then it quotes Adam's tweets, especially the one from early this morning. Finally it says that apparently Adam and Sauli were not banned from DTM since according to paper's sources, they had returned to the "crime scene" on Thusday night. "The men have apparently learned from the experience and they left the restaurant early, while they were still able to walk on their own feet." Thank you! So that confirms what Emmuzka posted here yesterday about getting a text saying they'd been spotted at DTM. Nice  And thanks SO much for our Finnish members who do such a great job translating not only the articles but also helping shed light on Finnish culture. There's a lot that can be lost in translation. Very grateful to you all!  |

Mia, Zinnia, Bobo and everyone else that translates for us.. thank you so much.. you do such a wonderful job helping us stay in the "loop" when things get "Finnish" so that we understand things when google translate does not make things very clear.
My belated take on things was
1) OMG 30+pgs what the hell happened
2) *shock* Adam was in a fight
3) *shock* Adam was in a fight -was having a bit of trouble processing this information..lol
4) *popcorn* as I started reading all the reports..
As the day wore on I quit reading as it was starting to get kinda redundant so I skipped a lot and left for periods of time..
I just couldn't seem to get to worked up over what Adam did.. sometimes Adam just seems TO nice so I actually thought he shook things up a bit.. BUT .. I am glad things are back to normal today
I saw someone mention men being more tolerant of Adam now because of this "bar brawl" .. and I wouldn't be a bit surprised if that was in fact a truth.. just a fact that men are really just big kids who are impressed by this type of thing..*shrug* I am sure its right up there with "how many bones have been broken" or "how many scars you have" etc..
Q-thanks for the OP.. nice and concise .. that had to take a minute.

Thats my theory anyway. As far as I have understood it, the main reason was that it was possible that Adam was guilty of a crime for which he could be sued. That's why he was taken to Pasila, which is the police jail. On the other hand, apparently Sauli was so drunk that it would have been dangerous to take him there, too, since you have to watch carefully for people who have totally passed out so that they don't get hurt (like suffocating to your own vomit). That's why he was taken to Töölö, which is a place especially for these cases. This is just speculation on my part, but this is what I have understood from the general procedures regarding this kind of cases. |
