Well, first of all, because I wrote it for my friends here at ATop, in a style that suits me on this forum. My tone is a bit snarky. If I were to post a response on their site, to them, I would make the same points, but phrase it differently to fit their forum and show them the proper respect for sharing their opinions. And make sure there was no "fan-girl" sounding bits. Secondly, I do not want to engage in a debate with them. They have their points of view, I have mine. I have seen too many times where a discussion of perspectives or opinions of an artist or their work becomes a battle of wits and one-up-man-ship between the different posters. Don't want to go there. Thirdly, what would be the point in posting there? I am not going to change their opinions, they are not going to change mine. I have seen some Adam fans (you know who I am talking about) go on their forum and make fools of themselves, to the guys' great amusement. It does not serve Adam well. It does not serve the fandom well. I don't really belong on their forum because I am definitely not their demographic, and I am not really even interested in great rock frontmen. I know very little about what "great" means in their context, and don't like the music enough to take the time to educate myself. Adamtopia is my Adam home, and I am sublimely happy here, thanks to you all. I am appreciated, supported and respected. Here I can grow, learn, and be myself. Here is safe. I like it here. Well said Cassie. As far as I am concerned I am just happy that they have repeatedly acknowledged Adam's technical skills and whether they like him or his songs means nothing to me. He is still 2nd on their Technical Skills list and even though they are AGAIN revamping the list to rank singers in tiers instead of specific positions he is still top tier. They have defended his technical skill repeatedly against a lot of idiots who come in dissing him for being on Idol and that's totally enough for me. |

Sounds like Adam is in for a busy year for 2012. I can not wait for it all to happen I am very excited for him to have so much recognition coming from the Queen performances. I think this will open more doors for his own music as I am sure most of the DJ's have seen all the news and remarks from Brian and Roger.
I hope once all the shows like Ellen start back up we will see him on all of them promoting his single and answering questions about Queen.

And so darn respectful !!! Love him  Although I believe he'd be this way no matter what, I also think that the children's theatre he was put into introduced a certain etiquette to the kids in training. Whether he's introducing his band or Queen, it's the same Ladies and Gentlemen. Love him too. ... until we get "bitches"...  |

If Adam is telling about the band now, just maybe something will be coming in the next 2-3 weeks. Had to write something so I could see my Avi. This photo stopped me in my tracks...
