Has anyone else had trouble accessing their LoopedLive account, where Adam's concert will be streamed? I bought my ticket in early September and immediately created my LoopedLive account, and carefully recorded the URL, User Name, and Password in my password management software. Today I tried accessing the account, first with Safari, then with Chrome (which was their recommendation in the email I received from LoopedLive today. In both cases is said the email and/or password were incorrect. So then I tried clicking on "Forgot Password" but nothing happened! I sent an email to support@loopedlive.com and am waiting for a reply. My problem was slightly different - I received an email today reminding me to create an account to access the stream under My Experiences. I created the account using the same email as the purchase (which I made on Sept. 4th). I could log in fine, but the My Experiences section told me I haven't purchased anything. I sent the support team an email, too... ... While writing this post, I refreshed the page and the Experience showed up! I switched to the GMail tab and saw an email from support arriving to tell me they fixed the issue. So they are pretty fast! I hope you will get your issue resolved quickly. |

The relevance of the "Best Song Oscar" has long vanished, at least for me. As was said above, the real goal now is to get a big star to sing the song so it will automatically get a lot of attention. Doesn't matter if the song is any good or not. The Sam Smith song was a real snooze. And I LIKE Sam just fine. But his popularity was the key factor, not the song itself. Of course, I'd love to see Adam get his shot at it. Yep. Gaga and H.E.R. were the last two to win Best Song Oscars. And like Adele and Sam, they also have multiple Grammy's too. I think that worked in their favor. So a good chance that Billie will win. A little surprised that Beyonce has not been in the mix for a Bond theme. The diva's always seem to be on everyone's popularity list and more raved about and worthy than everyone else. So she is due for an Oscar to go with all her Grammy's, lol. |

I sent in a question this morning and received a reply a few minutes ago, so they will get back to you. |
