From how he described it, sure sounds like Starstruck which they filmed quite awhile ago is similar in concept to Clash of the Cover Bands...except Starstruck seems to be individuals only and no bands, but Clash has both. Wonder if that is where Fallon got the idea. I thought the same. |

Thanks for the reminder to buy my online ticket...I keep forgetting about it. I got the confirmation/receipt from the Adam Lambert Official store (used their link). Do I now wait from an email from Looped before I can register?

It probably takes time to get these shows off the ground. We knew about Clash a long time ago when Kelly Osborne did the pilot with Adam. So it had to be planned long before we saw Kelly and Adam on the set and before Meghan took her place. We just did not know what it was about or that it was a Fallon show. My understanding is Starstruck takes regular people to transform themselves into their Idols. Clash seems to be working with acts that try to make some kind of living as cover acts or tribute bands?

Yeah, I was wondering if Adam conflated the two and talked about the acts in the Cover bands instead of how the UK show will go. Hard to keep two judging shows straight when they were both filmed months ago and yet talking about them on the same day. |

When I was having problems they told me to download the Looped app to my iPad and register there, which I did, but I think you can register on the website as well. It's best to do it now so you have time to work out any glitches well before the actual stream. I discovered the problem I was having was because I purchased my ticket with my .iCloud email address (which I NEVER use for anything) and was trying today to access the account with my .Mac address, which is the one I use for everything. Once I figured that out I was able to log in easily and my ticket was there waiting for me ... |
