We had a scare at church service tonight. This seemingly nice gentleman with her young granddaughter sat right in front of me, my DH and DS. After the homily, he started screaming at the top of his voice and just went on and on. I was scared and all I could think of was, "What if he has a gun? We will be the first targets!" Thank God, the ushers got him out with no incident. Just made me extra mindful of how precious your loved ones are. So with that, my prayer is this: May you all be blessed with love, peace and happiness today and always. Happy New Year! 2012 indeed will be nuts - need to start planning the next listening party! Sending you love and peace, Mayumi!! So glad everything was alright. Bless you and yours! Have a very Happy New Year!! I will never forget your offer of kindness. Sorry it didn't work out. Luv ya!!

moncher, today's show was great! I'd love to save it ...can you d/l from the soundcloud link? Yes, absolutely and that's why I love it. Here's the link again. soundcloud.com/mmyy9j/liam-mcewans-adam-lambert-hour On the first line below the title of today's show, there's a tab "Download" - click the tab. It tells you the size of the file which is 50.76 MB. Click again and you'll choose the directory on your drive where you want the file to save. Click "save" - should take about 10 minutes. I've started a directory on my external drive for Liam's Adam Hours. Ahhh, his voice keeps me happy. Having a blast. Tell me if it works for you and good luck.

A GLASSKAM post from April 27th, 2010 (Tiny humanoid wearing oversized plumed hat, thick glasses, and lap top computer materializes and bows.)Greetings Dear Fiercians,
Ahem! After an extensive and exhaustive examination of the evidence: videos, twitpics, photographs, gifs - everything in the PF archives - here is my conclusion: Every concert must include a performance of "Strut." Said performance must be recorded from every possible angle, preserved in multiple copies under conditions of high security, and be the subject of a new course added to the Planet Fierce University curriculum - Advanced Glambulge Appreciation: Engineering, Hydraulics and Maintenance.
I love "Strut." It's so gif-table. We should consider a rule forbidding singers of "lesser" talent from covering this song. It would be a let down in so many ways.
(Bows and wanders off polishing steam from glasses.)
Ah, Seoulmate, I used to read Glasskam's posts all the time when I lurked...#fondest/memories

Awww.... I used to love Glasskam's posts as well. They were always so brilliantly clever. Well today's thread has been a joy. So much love, caring and sharing. Am so proud to be a card carrying Atop member I think one of my favourite threads was the day Adam tweeted the random pic of the burrito and the beer. Lol.... he was just showing us what he was having for lunch, but I swear to God the Atop ninjas went into warp drive and inside 20 minutes we knew he was at LAX, which side of security he was on (due to the position of the the food outlet inside LAX), the current outgoing flights, times and destinations and which gates they were leaving from. I can remember being hysterical as it all played out in real time. Love this place. And I am dying.... dying I tell ya from presh overload from Adam's tweet It's so odd, it's nearly 4.00pm here and New Year's Day is 2/3rd's done and the majority of you guys are still in 2011 I can't remember who posted this earlier in the thread (hangover fuzzies : , but this live world clock is absolutely frigging brilliant! Thank you 24timezones.com/

Thanks so much, Cassie, and anyone else who posted an individual welcome. I already feel like this is a good place to be. I had started lurking when the discord started, then this morning I registered here, but decided to make my first post when another member at the current site was unhappy when I mentioned that I had seen negative comments about Adam's makeup on MJ's and elsewhere. I guess they were a big MJ's fan and didn't like me singling that site out negatively (even though I said "and elsewhere"). I am hoping that this rule really holds true. "4. Never question anyone's right to post, the appropriateness of a topic or define the proper way for an Adam fan or Adamtopia Member to behave. Let the moderators do their job." I do have to ask, are there any no-nos that I should know about ahead of time? I've have gotten in trouble on the other site (by other members not mods) for posting on controversial subjects such as the GB and BFM. Again, thanks everyone for the warm welcome. I think I'm going to be happy here. BTW, I am from the SF Bay Area. The rules Q3 has put in place are the general guidelines we go by. Trying to think of any other helpful tips. 1. Do not bring anything over that is from a private site (like protected Facebook, etc) or that you suspect could be from a private site. We believe in respecting the privacy of Adam and his friends and family. 2. We welcome lively debates, even over controversial issues. However, once you have stated your position, try to refrain from stating it repeatedly. And, remember, to keep it about the issues and statements, not about the person making the statement. For example, if someone writes that they think Adam should never shave his head again, it is fine to say you love the shaved look and wish he would shave his whole head. It is not okay to write something like, "You obviously have no idea of what is in and now. You are showing no respect Adam's right to style his look however he wants." See the difference? 3. If you have a problem with something that is posted that you think violates the rules of the forum, please report the post to the mods. There is a link at the bottom of each post to do so. There is almost always at least one mod on the forum at any time. 4. If you find something on the web and bring it over, please give it proper attribution. 5. Pic and gifs are great, but they can screw up some computers with slower connection speeds. Please limit the number you put in one post. If you are responding to someone else's pics or gifs, do not quote them again. Once per page works best. That's about all I can think of now. Oh, BFM is pretty much a very old topic, much discussed already. We have a separate thread in the members only area if you want to continue the discussion. Again, welcome.

I do have to ask, are there any no-nos that I should know about ahead of time? I've have gotten in trouble on the other site (by other members not mods) for posting on controversial subjects such as the GB and BFM. So, I apologize profusely for not having the know how to do this myself, but could somebody please answer this question by means of posting a picture--I am thinking of maybe the lovely metalic pants. Or by posting the math lesson we all had regarding the angles in his GLT pants. Or some such equivilant visual answer. You know, a picture's worth a thousand words, and so much more fun!! I'll learn to post my own in 2012. Oh, and BFM has it's own thread in Member's Only section.
