adammeI'm glad you liked him. And to connect this to Adam, the reason I want Robbie to collab with Adam is that he is major in the UK. Major. I saw a girl I follow on twitter from the UK talking about him now and she reminded me this from Wiki "In 2003, Robbie Williams performed at Knebworth over a three day period, drawing crowds of over 375,000, and a further 3.5 million who watched live on television and online. This was reputedly the biggest UK pop concert ever and caused a huge traffic jam on the A1 as an estimated 130,000 cars tried to reach the venue" 125000 per day got there to watch him. I know many years have passed. And we're talking about competition from all the major bands and musicians from all over the world. He still holds this record. He still has a huge fan base in the UK and in Europe in general. When he returned to his previous band Take That their 2011 concerts, the past summer, (because of Robbie) have set the new record for the fastest selling tour of all time in the UK. It would be a great introduction to the UK. I used to be a fan 5-6 years ago and watching the videos posted today I remember why. I think I lost interest during his many year long break (at least it felt that long) and started to listen more rock. But I saw him live, 2006. open air and about 80000 people. Me and a friend have been really lucky to get this tickets, has been sold out within minutes, an extra date has been added for the next day, the same. We only got the tickets because weeks later a few tickets have avaible for reasons I don't know and we found out early. It was so huge, but he was so far away. He is a great entertainer, too. Somehow I wish that Adam will someday have audiences that big, but than it will be pure luck to get tickets and he will be so far away :-/

While this is hardly the most unique song, IMO it is a good strategic choice for a first single. ETA: Aloha - thats was I was wondering.

I apologize once again for the previous pic accident:( Minor technical difficulties:))) I hope this size is acceptable. Here's a way to size the picture on the fly so you don't have to go searching for a downsized one or make one. Images are posted with an "img" tag in front and a "/img" tag at the end (in [square brackets] of course too). After the "img" tag in front - but before the ] right hand bracket place this instruction Height=500 Width=500 The numbers can be changed but there are two constants. Both Height and Width have to be used and they have to be written with Height coming before Width. To get this pic this size I used

Okay, now this just made me do a spit take all over my computer. "Kelly Clarkson sees sales pick up following Ron Paul endorsement yada yada yada Clarkson certainly got some headlines, which maybe led to some awareness and thus increased sales, but it’s hard to judge on such limited information. Just in case, maybe Adam Lambert should give Newt Gingrich a shout-out to test our theory? Your move, Glambert." music-mix.ew.com/2012/01/02/kelly-clarkson-ron-paul-sales/

Love that "superhuman vocal range." I have read so many reviews and comments about the single and upcoming album that have used similar descriptors.... all emphasizing Adam's voice as opposed to his status on Idol, his use of guyliner or his orientation. It makes me grin from ear to ear. I don't normally click and save such things, but I think it would be fun to make a collection of these adjectives. So, if any of you have saved these things or links to these things, maybe you could post the relevant quote here, and I will compile them. ??? Just an idea.

Maureen Holley: The reviewer kind of phoned this review in. Missed the great syncopation on the beat. Missed the lovely piano coming in counter to the melody line. Missed the sensitive interpretation of the lyrical content. Right about the falsetto, but forgot to mention the rich vocal tones in the lower notes. Oh, and not auto-tuned. This song is sung by a really good singer. I'd give the song an A and the reviewer a D.

We can't expect every reviewer to kiss his ass or hell even LIKE the song. It's comments like that Maureen person that give me major embarrassment. For crissakes it was a GOOD review. Jeebus.

I think the points the Maureen Holley brought up above that made Billboard gives this song an "83" it just the description of the review is s***
