It makes me very happy to see the posters for The Rhapsody Tour popping up again. At the some time, it makes me reflect on the two years we’ve had.

Welll….what about that! Maybe with the pending musical ….he needs a more long term place?? Plus he is in NYC a lot! Article from New York Post: Between launching his Feel Something Foundation (supporting the LGBTQ+ community), preparing for a world tour with Queen, working on the new “Starstruck” talent show and writing his own musical (set in 1970s New York) — singer-songwriter Adam Lambert has found time to house hunt in downtown NYC. The “American Idol” star was spotted at Lantern House — a new 22-story luxury condo complex in West Chelsea designed by Thomas Heatherwick, with two towers that link beneath the High Line. Two-bedroom units on the market (from 1,400 to 1,600 square feet) run from $3.65 million to $5.19 million, and are outfitted with bay windows, stunning water views, chef’s kitchens, wide-plank oak floors, high ceilings, walk-in closets and marble-clad bathrooms. images are in this link nypost.com/2022/03/22/adam-lambert-tours-luxury-high-line-condo-in-nyc/?utm_source=NYPTwitter&utm_medium=SocialFlow&utm_campaign=SocialFlow

Yes, this is a surprise! He does love NYC and he does tend to go back and forth from there to LA quite bit. Nice to have a place of your own to stay in. Love how the Post listed all his recent activities. Nice for non-fans to know what he's been doing.

I am not surprised that Adam is house hunting in NYC. Have been wondering for a while why he hasn’t gotten a place yet. It should be a good base for him from a professional as well as a private point of view.

I am not surprised that Adam is house hunting in NYC. Have been wondering for a while why he hasn’t gotten a place yet. It should be a good base for him from a professional as well as a private point of view. I am, and I'm not. Clearly Adam enjoys spending time in NYC, and has both personal and professional reasons for doing so. However, if he winds up buying a high end condo, it will be an enormous expense, and the 7 figure purchase price is just the beginning. I have no idea of the monthly maintenance costs in a luxury NYC building chock full of amenities, but they must be staggering. Then there are taxes, insurance and the other expenses incurred in home ownership, all in one of the most expensive cities in the world. It would be a lot even if that were his only residence, but I would be shocked indeed if he were to sell his multi-million dollar LA home for a full-time move to NY. Two expensive homes in two expensive cities! If he does buy in NYC, I'll be wondering what he may have planned in his career to lead him in that direction. Of course, I'm not a multimillionaire raking in buckets of money from a variety of endeavors, so that undoubtedly colors my POV. LOL
