I kept voting on that darn poll not realizing it only allows you to vote once. Unless it's once per day? Good grief, I don't know. These polls mean absolutely nothing but we get all wound up in them. The day after the poll ends, nobody ever remembers it again. Adam has won countless polls over the year. Stands to reason that Taylor is doing well in his home state.
Far as we know, Adam hasn't been with Empire for a while.
Hope we get confirmation that QAL will perform at the Queen E's celebration!

The poll ends tomorrow, not today. {sigh} If there's one thing I don't miss about the earlier fandom days, it's the incessant voting in polls. The ones by radio stations forcing fans to perform like trained monkeys for one measly spin were the worst. The poll is from an Alabama website, i.e. Taylor Hicks' home state. If it were anyone other than Adam as his opponent, I'd be amused to see him win.  I'm assuming the reason Adam was trending was because of Glamberts tweeting about that damn poll. As for that Empire article, I was curious and took a look at it. Per Shosh, he does have a new label. I never understood how Adam landed there to begin with, and that article just brought that confusion home even more. Every other artist listed was a rapper. Adam stuck out like a sore thumb on the roster.Lol, I noticed that too. I'm sure it was mentioned when he first joined them, but I didn't really get it until I looked at the list. Talk about "one thing is not like the others" lol. |

In order for me to vote on that Idol poll because of my cookie settings, I had to go "Incognito" on my browser. My child still enjoys Idol so we voted the brackets for fun. [PS just noted the Alabama connection, lol. I thought it was AI not Al]
Anyway, I have gone back incognito a couple of times over the last couple of days to check results which means that I must also click on a choice for results to display. It still lets me vote without indicating that my vote has already been counted. Who knows 🤷♂️
If anyone wants to try it, just click [Cntl][Shift][n] on Chrome and it takes you to Incognito mode then proceed as normal. Or you could probably delete cookies and it would work as well but so much more trouble.

Sorry, Oliver, I'm sure the energy was only amazing for those whiny babies who refuse to be bothered wearing a mask, everybody's safety be damned. I'm guessing it won't be long until they start harassing those that choose to continue to wear a mask. A stupid decision not based on medical reasons, but by a T judge for political reasons, brought by whiny toddlers that don't want to be told what to do, but are perfectly happy to tell everybody else what to do. I'm pissed. We are so, so stupid. |
