blueberry - You are right. At least the Finnish media would make big news if he mentioned the word "love". LOL But I was hoping a little bit more about music. Well, I'll be patient. There will be more interviews, I know. And I didn't hear his lovely voice, damned.

I loved the interview. I feel the interviewer came across respectfully and of course, Adam spoke so eloquently, as usual. There will always, at least for a good while, be gay questions. That is an important part of Adam as an entertainer. He is breaking ground in a whole new way - a young, good-looking sexy artist who is gay and isn't afraid to be himself. He is proud of who he is and he handles the questions to perfection. and it doesn't hurt that females find him so sexy and enticing.   He has such broad appeal, or should I say - he appeals to broads too. ;D I loved it too! And was not disappointed with the length of the interview. I think this will be the par for interviews coming up with Adam. So many people, so little time! Poor Adam still feels like a dork! Guess it is really hard to overcome your own perceptions of yourself from adolescence. Adam, you are not a dork!!!! You are one hot rockin megastar!!!!! Love what he said about working with Pharrell - can't wait to hear that song #Tresspassing! Also, my fave quote : "I am an American......this is my home" YAY!!!!!!! This interview is all kinds of win - great info on the music and it's universal themes and great insight into how Adam views his role as a celebrity. I found it to be quite facinating! |

Stephanie Wood · Top commenter · Infinity Property and Casualty:Interviewer a little too pushy about Adam's personal relationship but he has become a pro at steering interviews in the direction he wants them to go in and keep the focus on the topic at hand: his music. Adam cannot be labeled or pigeon-holed. He is an artist who makes music that has mass appeal (as he said). Just like Aftermath has specific meaning for Adam the lyrics are universal enough that others can relate to it in different ways. Same with Outlaws of Love. Great interview and as always, Adam is brilliant. Adam, of course, was perfectly evasive - lol. But the question was not out of line, IMO. Not a big deal but I hate seeing "mommy" rushing in to defend. I was kind of hoping that people may have gotten over that kind of thing after last era. |
