I get the feeling Adam no longer feels the need to protect Sauli in pap situations and I like that. It's interesting to watch the evolution of their relationship, as much as we see from waaayyyy outside, and to watch the walls of caution drop a little as they speak of one another by name. Nice. I wonder if Adam's perspective changed when he went to Finland and saw Sauli in his home country, where he is a celebrity and has been handling the paps for quite a while. IMHO there is definitely an added respect and perhaps level of trust with Sauli now. Adam's whole body language has shifted and it looks more like "We are in this together" body language. An Adam stan friend who only lurks here, asked me what I thought of a BD drive, via Twitter, for a single buying drive? i-Tunes doesn't count multiple purchases, but I think Sound Scan does. If something is tweeted and retweeted on Jan 29th, do you think it would work? I think this is a great idea!!

I think Adam & Sauli are having fun with this OOFTA thing and feeling playful. They are adorkable. Oh, they are. They push buttons to amuse themselves.

I wonder if Adam's perspective changed when he went to Finland and saw Sauli in his home country, where he is a celebrity and has been handling the paps for quite a while. I don't no, but as stated already earlier, something changed in a big way before and after Finland. I am still struggling to figure it out. I don't read Adam as well as read Sauli, being a Finn, and see very different behaviour also in Tutka, and how he writes. Adam is difficult to read, him being a professional actor, and all the time being aware of his behavior in public eye, but I guess they both did change. You could have thought that what happened, would take things to worse, but actually i seems to had quite opposite impact. There was a lot happening of course, they faced incident in very equal manner (if I may use such an expression on this topic :D). They also needed to manage that together in publicity, and also as individuals. Then met lots of friends of Sauli, and finally the family. Adam being lost in communication without his close ones. I wonder... I never commented on the "incident," but IMO I think Adam saw a strength in Sauli that he may not have seen before. I truly believe Sauli got him through that whole mess particularly in dealing with Sauli's family and friends. (My family would not have wanted to have anything to do with a significant other if we had a falling out like this before meeting them.) I know I may not be saying this right, but Adam probably was a little dependent on Sauli there, whereas Sauli has been dependent on Adam here; the incident equaled out some things in their relationship. JMO.

I wonder if Adam's perspective changed when he went to Finland and saw Sauli in his home country, where he is a celebrity and has been handling the paps for quite a while. I was wondering the same thing, or if after their altercation they talked and Adam realized he didn't have to be as (perhaps) possessive and protective as he seemed to be. Sauli has changed so much in the last year with the blogs, the openess, and his sense of fun and the ridiculous have blossomed. It's similar to your children growing up and you wanting to protect them and all of a sudden you realize or they tell you that they are perfectly capable of handling themselves and no longer need you hovering. Whatever went on, I think it is enhancing their relationship, if the smiles and glow are any indication. agreeing with you guys on this. like i said, i'm pretty new to this fandom, I have been listening to Adam's music since AI but that was pretty much it, i wasn't following daily news etc. but i would say that the last few months i've been reading more stuff, watching videos, pictures, fansites etc. and reading Sauli's blog and stuff and there definitely is a difference there. everything just seems more relaxed. more "free" and just in general, even more happier than before. like leenaseyez said, visiting Finland, meeting the family, seeing Sauli's friends, and just in general, seeing what his life was like before, must give you a new perspective in everything. we all have roots, and they do mold us into the persons we are. so seeing Sauli's roots, probably helped to understand him more. Sauli has said that he feels like LA is his home and that's where he belongs to, but your home is always your home, even if you have found a new one. am i making any sense? ??? :D ps. thanks everyone for the warm welcomes, already loving this place

Another subject altogether. Since we've had a few bogus demos of Adam songs on YouTube lately, I been thinking about how confusing it has been for so many people to know if Adam was singing or not. That is, it's been confusing for many people to identify his voice. In some ways his voice is very unique--range, in particular. In other ways, his voice is--I don't know how to say this properly--kinda plain, but that's not really what I mean. Plain in that he doesn't have an easily recognizable timber (Adele, Bruce, etc.). It's such a pure vocal sound without quirkiness that distinguished some other singers. Here's what I'm thinking. Remember how on AI he was such a chameleon (visually, vocal style)? When I heard these bogus demos, I did not think it was Adam, but, unlike Cassie who knew it after two notes 8-), I had to listen for a bit. The reason is because I think he could make his voice sound like that. He could have, for one song, decided to slur his articulation. He could change his vibrato (doesn't use that much of it on BTIKM). But I didn't think he would make all those changes for one song. I remember hearing FYE (song) the first time and thinking it didn't sound like Adam I knew from AI. I remember some other people commenting on that too. Adam really can do so much more with his voice than just about anyone. One prime example is his rendition of "My Conviction," when he performed in the musical "Hair." Few people (maybe not even Cassie!) would have recognized him right away! I love this and cannot ever play it just once - it's just too much fun!

Thank you Holst for making me feel a little less delusional for still thinking that's Adam on the "Adam Nikki" demo.

They definitely know what they're doing, driving everyone crazy, teasing us with that tweet and blog post, that just leaves everyone speculating. Smart boys haha lol

Thanks for the nice comments everyone! After I got back from FS and started my "transformation", my husband asked if I was having and affair...I guess I was showing a lot of the typical signs...I told him, "Yes, I am in love with another man, his name is...
