Adam Lambert to Cover ‘Mad About the Boy’ for Noel Coward Doc

Adam Lambert recorded a cover of Noel Coward’s “Mad About the Boy” for the documentary Mad About The Boy – The Noel Coward Story, due to be released in 2023 to mark the 50th anniversary of Coward’s death. However, fans can pre-save the Adam’s cover now, ahead of an October 7 release. The song was produced by Amanda Ghost and Johnny Coffer.

I can understand Adam liking Shania's music. She was one of the few country artists to cross over to pop and really go international in a big way. She was one country artist that I even liked years ago. And county gatekeepers back then, complained that she dressed too provocative by showing her midriff and being sexy, lol. But she did it her way and it paid off worldwide and not just in country. She was a bit of a rebel and not much of a "good girl" like the country Carrie Underwood's who followed. She has a large LGBT following too. In her documentary, they snowed some LGBT men dressed up in high heels and dancing to "Feel Like a Woman."
