Hey I just got here and I have to leave in a while. Who said that the couple had a drinking problem? Seriously? Have you EVER EVER listened to me say ANYTHING EVER about Adam and drinking problem? Search through my 10000 posts please and find one that I have said anything about it. Others may have not me EVER. NOT A SINGLE WORD. NOT A SINGLE WORD. EVER. You're reading TOO much to my post. And I'm not going to discuss anything else about it. Gelly, sorry!!!!! I was really referring to the discussions that were coming from your speculation of what Oofta meant. Do you want me to go back a delete my post? Because I don't believe you think Adam has a problem!!! Just pm me if you don't want to! No thank you I don't want you to delete anything. It was not only you. And I'm not responsible for pearl clutchers that seek out for everything to post it elsewhere and look for excuses for their delusions. I'd better keep my mouth shut next time and stick to posting pictures and news. |

I was watching the Leno performance for the umpteenth time and it came to me that Leno is showing the same sort of consideration to Ashley as Adam showed to Kara on AI. I always get a little warm fuzzy when Adam leans over to Kara and asks 'are you alright' in the scene where he is shaking hands with the judges after being told he made the top 13. Remember?
When Leno starts to head stage-rear after shaking Adam's hand post performance, it looks to me like he had seen Ashley's strap break and was headed to see if she was 'OK'. I like that.....

First some minor irritations (which I probably should just take in and forget about them but quite easy to "betterer" if wanted). Here on this site, it has been references to a "Daily Times" that allegedly is published in Finland. There is no such thing. Certainly the names of similar publications in USA or UK may be used to describe what kind of a publication it is but I think that the source info should be credited to the original name. Then there are posts apparently written in excitement that don't make sense. I admit it is mostly due to the lack of specific cultural knowledge and/or poor understanding of the foreign language. One example of this was a post of Adam's rings yesterday. The picture shows three rings, and we are supposed to be mind readers as to which of them is the "favourite" ring? Another example is the tweets brought here. Some info as to who the persons are or where does their tweet refer to would make a big difference (talking about persons in the media, dj's, show hosts, pr people, fashion people, the friends of a friend of a friend like people). Third thing I found difficult while trying to quickly browse through the threads is the abundance of abbreviations. Those are very useful and I have been able to decipher most of them but still it would be very helpful if one of the participants on the discussion could disclose the words behind the letters, at least sometimes. Being totally sucked into this rabbit hole I will learn more every day but I am sure there will be other newcomers in the near future. For us some of the very interesting and helpful information here is unfortunately lost and it requires a lot of stamina to stick on. Firstly.. this site is run by fans and has fans posting, so I don't think that this source of frustration is ever going to go away. I'd suggest Adam Official, but that place is scary. LOL For a long time, during Adam's writing time it was essentially the same core people, of which I was not one of them. It has taken time to get in the swing of how things work here, but I've never felt my participation was unwelcomed. It just is what it is. I will say that if you ever have a specific question about an abbreviation, a slang saying or anything for that matter, you should ask. Questions are asked by non-english speakers and new fans very often. Please ask away. Also.. should you ever read anything that you know is inaccurate, speak up, folks on this board like to be educated as well. We are more than happy to learn from you as well. |

So my guess is that Adam is going to tape the Ryan Seacrest show for it to air on Friday, so he can be in San Francisco for the Meet and Greets on the 20th, unless he calls in to Ryan.
