I swear I was going to link to this a couple days ago because there really are some interesting comparisons to be made with Adam in the article. The one I remember is trying to shed his Ziggy image and persona and how it worked and didn't. Made me thing of Adam shedding his rhinestones for his next incarnation. I also had many more insightful, yet witty comments that you would have found delightful had I not been so slow to catchup.  I SWEAR! :  Jamie, I keep wondering if Adam ever read Backstage Passes by his ex-wife Angie, because it too has interesting comparisons to be made. Lots of them, IMO. She may well have been a biased narrator of Bowie's genius, but I loved the book. Didn't like her, but loved some of the things I leanred about Bowie--his vision, his persona(s), etc. and it did remind me of Adam. P.S. I believe you about the delightful comments we missed from you! |

I noticed that Adam has red eye (one!) in this pic. How do you explain that?? >:(  BTW, the large version of this pic shows that his skin is quite flawless. It's not a professional pic, it was taken by someone at the radio station, so it wasn't retouched or anything.  Off with that photographer's head!! They are trying to disprove my theory that he IS an alien (or at least, Super Human... ) |

Today seems to be the last day for awhile that we can take a deep breath. Adds start tomorrow!!! Oh man I am hoping for major support from both HAC & CHR! I have yet another avi and I LOVE it. I'll keep it for a long time I promise. And whoda thunk - it's a GROCERY-SHOPPING AVI! LOL He's just so gorgeous! Btw - I posted a link in the Numbers thread to a blog about Idol by John L. Oser! He mentions Adam twice & since the blog concerns sales & charts I decided to post it there. His Adam facts are wrong of course. I know most of you don't care what he has to say but for anyone who does the link is in Numbers. John L. Oser .............  Are we going to do a poll on how many adds to expect or hope/guess he'll get? If so I'll guess that he'll get between 10-25 adds this week. I hope that's not too high or too low. |
