I just want to say that I interpreted Keyboard's post a little differently than some of you did. I took it to mean that he thought Adam probably does not have an easy road ahead of him and that he may never become as popular and famous as we think he should be. That the road may be rough ahead and if the roller coaster ride causes you distress, it may always be there for him, and maybe that should be considered.

One question about this Fault magazine pre-sale pre-sale.
I have my parallel email and twitter but have avoided setting up the same up on FB, because my understanding is that FB frowns upon those multiple ID people and is actively making people taking the parallel ones down. Not sure, how true that is, but that is what I have heard, so I have just stopped my parallel ID internet presence short of Facebook.
Has anyone heard whether people who don't do this FB-like deposit process can still order the magazine come March 1? Potentially at a non-discounted price.
Are they just trying to get a handle on their anticipated sales volume or are they shutting non FB folks out from getting the issue # 10?
Just trying to understand what I'm dealing with...thanks

It sounds to me like you can still preorder on March 1st without doing th Facebook thing today.

Q3 Is Clear Channel Media the owner of most of the radio stations in the U.S. If so,Isn't it a very conservative group ? Do you have any info, on them? are they a bit of a music monopoly?Did Barry Manilow have a connection to them, did he help push Adam's music with them.. Am I dreaming this or am I remembering something that happened with the last album? Clear Channel owns the largest number of radio stations in the US -- but not most stations about 850 stations plus 12 SirusXM stations. They are now privately held by Bain Capital and Thomas H. Lee Partners LP. Bob Pittman who founded MTV is now CEO. It is not a conservative company. Cumulus Media has 570 stations and is #2. They are very conservative. CBS Radio has about 130 stations and is #3. There are 14,420 full-service radio stations in the US including 6,479 FM commercial stations. So no one owns most of the radio stations. I know nothing about Barry Manilow and Clear Channel and Adam.

I don't see why you couldn't order by doing so - they don't use your FB info - (mine's fake) and you have to enter your particulars anyway. www.booksmagazinesetc.com/proddetail.php?prod=K9kBfNsh5tBct7MeSV5G(I'm sure they want to get "likes" for their FB page, but I don't think you HAVE to like them to order the issue....anybody know?) edit/ or what laceyrose just said...dear gawd I make everything so fucking complicated! LOL!

I don't think this is accurate:Adam is moving up in both spins and Audience Impression in both HAC and CHR. He is 41 on HAC tonight and will probably be Top 40 by Friday. Nothing about this is bad. So nothing has happened negative besides people misinterpreting things and, IMO, panicing for no reason. Nope, I agree, he is moving up and that is good. But that movement is because up until now, he has been getting adds. He had a lot more HAC adds last week than he got this week and those increased adds last week probably contributed (at least in part) to movement this week. However, the fact is this week he saw a drop in adds on his adds date. He will have trouble climbing the charts if adds continue to decrease. The reason why I said it seemed like everything went to hell in a handbasket is that (to me at least) the drop seemed to come out of nowhere because up until this week we really hadn't heard much negative from radio about the song. I didn't expect it to get a tons of adds, but I did expect it to get more than the few that it got based on how well it was doing up until yesterday. And then all of a sudden to get the two DJs (albeit DJs with an agenda) twittering negative stuff about the song on the adds date all of a sudden seemed odd as well. That is why I am questioning what may have happened to decrease the adds this week. I'm not panicking. It could just be a fluke. If the adds double next week, I will first in line for the happy dance. both Hoppers in the numbers thread, and the folks at www.requestadam.com (today's blog post) have specific context to put yesterday's HAC add numbers into which explained it satisfactorily enough to me, and for me personally put any worries at this point to rest.

Clear Channel owned by Bain Interesting.. there is this whole hoopla about Romney running Bain Capitol and how he gave millions in Bain stock dividends to the Mormon Church, to avoid paying taxes ...Small world and the plot thickens. so does Romney still run Bain which runs clear channel?

They said they would reduce the price of the issue by so much (too lazy to go back and see how much) for each 500 LIKES.

I just watched the Lyndsey Parker interview again and started noticing things like the way Adam uses his hands and the absolute perfection of his head, neck, and shoulders. That V-neck shirt and all the black really is gorgeous. And how smart is he to not wear a necklace! It would have completely ruined the smooth lines of his look! Yes, I am fangirling bad with this interview! ;D You and me both girl! I'm noticing....things...that I don't think I quite noticed before in all of those 100's of times watching other videos of him.
