I've been so busy the last few days - so hard to catch up with everything!!! Video delayed.... the good thing is that it will be on a Saturday for me, so I can watch uninterrupted all day if I wish!!  You might enjoy this #NZGlitterTribe video made to wish Adam a happy 30th birthday |

Q3, I hear you, but I have a few questions about that:
Last reported week, if I read this right, BTIKM had 4000 downloads. If it is true that we can only get 2,500 additional units moved by such an action, which tbh, with people gifting 5 -7 copies, I think may be low, but still, even if it is such a number, that would be reported as a 60 % increase in sales a week later. Not too shabby, isn't it?
Also, I asked earlier. The Amazon Movers and Shakers statistic seems to be pretty sensitive and easy to get moving. If everybody who intended to pre-order the deluxe album anyhow would try to do it this weekend, should we not expect to see some significant movement?
Having said that, I think your idea to ask the radio stations to play BTIKM extra as a B'day greeting I think is brilliant and I will definitely do that with the #Happy30thAdam hashtag. In fact if many folks do that, they will also get a mint ice cream overload instead of the usual Adam pics on twitter, which probably will lead to some questions too, so that one is made of all kinds of win.
I think some folks also said that they would make a donation to one of the usual Adam Lambert charities in his name, but obviously that is more on an individual basis.
I think we should be able to make some noise all the way around. This fandom has always been good for that.

Soooo.... scorned Chicago area people?
There is another wack-a-mole, takeover game on this Chicago radio station:www.wtmx.com/UMixIt.php101.9 fm the Mix It came up on my twitter feed and we fought valiantly until it ended with BTIKM in fourth place the whole time, but if a Chicago area person wants to be a PIA on this, that could be an idea. The downside is that it's 4 hours long, between 8 pm and 12 pm Chicago time. But maybe focusing on the very beginning would work? _______________________________________________ And IA with Q3 the goal in my mind is to give Adam a symbolic gift by buying and requesting BTIKM in celebration of his bday, not to effect sales or chart positions, or Amazon or itunes rankings. I mean if these things happen a tiny bit, great, but they are insignificant when you look at the larger picture over time. (I think even Gaga fans have trouble doing this). I look at it this way, would I treat Adam to a wheat grass shot for his bday if I could? Yes, but this is what he really wants from fans, and it's even cheaper ;D |
