Was wondering if Queen would be part of King Charles' coronation. I was hoping, but I guess not, I think it would have been announced by now. Maybe it would bring about too many memories of the Queen and they need/want to move past that.

Just a comment......I had the opportunity to watch Adam's Idol Journey the other day. I go back to it on occasion, I love to see it. I enjoy hearing the comments that have come so true. Who sings those notes? Adam Lamber does (and he still does, LOL) - and Paula's comment about him being iconic - and he is, and Simon's comment about finding a world wide star - and he is. Makes me feel good to see these again. I also have to say, while I love "baby Adam" he was model handsome (and still is) a really beautiful man. I think I prefer the grown up 40 year old adult Adam. He is one gorgeous man and quite the stud, hunk (whatever word they use now). I love seeing the progression in his life. Again just a comment, wanted to share my thoughts.

I've watched his story a couple of times over the years also...through all the twists and turns, he's had quite the journey.

Adam performed at a metal concert in Russia early in his career, lol. He and his band performed early in the show (the heavier bands performed later in the evening) but some fans said some of the metal guys came out to watch him and were rocking out when he performed Whole Lotta Love along with his own music. HA.

Adam performed at a metal show in Russia? I assume that was before Idol? I don't recall him performing there on his own solo tour after Idol, but I must be wrong? He sure has kept Whole Lotta Love in his back pocket for a long time. He is a master of that song.

I have a pic of that somewhere on my computer...I loved that jacket lol.

It might have been during Glamnation though because I think it was before the first bunch of shows with Queen in 2012. ETA: It was Maxidrome in Moscow May 28, 2011

Wow! Thanks for the reminder! I forgot how extensive that first big tour was. It took him everywhere. And he did all kinds of venues. Remember the one in the slaughterhouse? They had to go with just two dancers because the stage was so small. Ah, those were the days.
