I thought Adam said he was fasting periodically to lose the weight. Do we doubt that to be the truth? And does he need to stay on his anxiety meds forever or only when there is the need? Whatever he is doing, he looks good and healthy so hope it stays that way and that he knows what he is doing. Too much weight gain in just a few years (and Covid shut in could not help) and continuing to get bigger cannot be a good thing or healthy for anyone. For most anxiety drugs I'm aware of you have to tirate up and tirate down. That means start at a lower amount and move up to regular over 1 to 2 weeks and then reverse as coming off of them. My DS was on them for a just a month or two as a teen until he felt more in control and weaned himself off. My dad takes them but it's prescribed for nerve pain in his case.

I wish the Adam haters who say he shouldn’t be singing with Queen, it should be Marc Martel, would listen to this. Brian and Roger have praised Adam so often and said they don’t want an imitator. Get over it, he’s their choice. Watching the Wembley performance the other day, I felt like I got a glimpse of the future. I hope Brian and Roger will live long and healthy lives, but one day they will stop performing as Queen. Listening to Adam singing Don't Stop Me Now and We Are The Champions, I felt like I was listening to QAL, even though the rest of the band wasn't there. One day all that will be left of QAL could be AL, and the songs would still sound as powerful and amazing, just more bittersweet. For me and my ears, he is the torchbearer of the Queen and Freddie legacy, and I don't give a damn what the haters say.
