I am so confused about RCA Ed's post about this being "registered" as a DVD, not a CD. Yet, every outlet is selling it as a CD. How is it going to track as a DVD, when it will be in the numbers for CDs from i-tunes, Amazon, B&N etc.
I don't get it???????????? :-/

It does seem to be a strange situation, doesn't it? However, this "hybrid-ness" (for lack of a better term) seems to be for the best. As a music based DVD, it needs far fewer sales to register as gold. However, with everyone treating it as a CD, it gets placed in the music bins as compared to the movie sections, its critiqued by music reviewers versus movie reviewers, and the people who care about it can track it easily.
