My first question bc maybe I am mis-remembering, didn't LNX make some kind of comment about what Adam did on the AMA was nothing compared to what he did? Second, I saw someplace the other day, maybe on an instagram a "supposed" quote (we never know if they are real) credited to Adam saying his ultimate goal was to be a rock star and he thinks he has achieved that goal (I am paraphrasing). So maybe Adam does consider himself rock, in a way. He has said may times he doesn't believe in genre I really don't care for the grammys. I watch the red carpet for the clothes. I believe it is a popularity and money contest. Nothing to do with talent. I am still pi$$2d that a song like Yummy, Yummy by Bieber was nominated for a grammy for best pop solo performance but Adam's Believe (yes, I know a cover, but still Adam) was passed over. It was sumitted but didn't get on the nomination list. I am not certain what category Adam was submitted in. I think Adam is an astute business man. I wonder how much input he and/or his label actually have in the submission process.

When Adam and some fans stated that Adam had almost lost his career because of what he did on the AMA's, some gay fan said what Adam did not compare to LNX humping the devil. And when LNX said no gays had done what he had, it was others who said what about Adam and some others but he did not answer about Adam. He came across as cocky and full of himself but he did not single out Adam. And sometimes if you are not dressing in drag or being overly feminine or lap dancing with the devil some in his community will discount your contribution, I guess. It sorta reminds me of when Mayor Pete was running for president, a drag queen said Pete did not represent the community so would not vote for him. I don't think any LGBT person has to support someone just because they are gay too but I would be interested to know who running for president represented the LGBT community more than Pete in her eyes, lol. As Mayor Pete's husband said, being gay is not a performance. He was angry. No one is less gay because they are not all part of the LA or NY scene or feminine. Different lives and different presentations. Pete's husband grew up in Michigan and he was not feminine but knew he was gay. His family did not accept him at first when he told them. So he lived in his car, sometimes slept on the sofa of friends while trying to support himself for college. After a while, his family told him to come back home. So I think for people like that who have been hurt or rejected, it is hurtful to be told by other gays that you are not gay enough.

There was a female singer (can't remember who she was but I think she was in a girl group back in the day) who had a gay son. He wrote a whole piece saying why he voted for Kris Allen and why Kris meant so much more to him than Adam Lambert. How special. STFU and leave Adam to the rest of us. HA. He could have written about his love for straight and married Kris without putting Adam down.
