Adam is so much more than visual. Yes, there is a fascination and love for him which his presence satisfys. But he is so much more.
He has an energy, a quality of sound, and a visual image which transcends a trite explanation. He moves one emotionally right off the planet. It's the best drug there is.

i am puzzled, i know nothinhg about the music industry, but i have just bought another ticket for bruno mars 11th march at the o2 arena glasgow as a friend said she would like to go with me . just cant understand why this concert is not sold out , this is the same venue adam sold out in glasgow within 24 hours,he had no radio play in the U.K, and is not a well known artist here ,but there are still tickets left for bruno who has had a lot of radio play and 2 big hits here this venue ony hold 1000 ish people and the tickets are 17.00 so not expensive I agree it's puzzling - I bought 2 tix for Bruno in San Francisco and they are still available - whereas with Adam playing 2 shows in SF last summer I had a very hard time getting tickets - they sold out immediately. But I already knew Adam was a fab live performer (from the Idol tour) - maybe it's that Bruno is so new and people don't know what kind of live performer he is? I dunno. ETA: ok, after reading subsequent comments here, maybe I don't want to go to this - I was somewhat ambivalent anyway? I didn't realize he was a douche - I was remembering that he was one of the few singers that actually acknowledged when Adam "pimped" him.

I don't care for Bruno Mars at all. How he beat out Adam for the Grammy this year is beyond me. He's just not my cuppa.

This just popped up on twitter. Not enough Adam, but it is fun watching him on stage! He's so beautiful! This will always be "one if these things is not like the others" for me, LOL It's the only time I liked DC.

He's just not Adam........I like his music & voice and even his performance...but I just don't like him. Doesn't come across as likeable to me... Odd that you write that ---- I appreciate Bruno in my head -- but not my heart. That's it, exactly!!!! So, Smokeyvera.....did ya kiss the mug after they left or not???

I don't care for Bruno Mars at all. How he beat out Adam for the Grammy this year is beyond me. He's just not my cuppa. Some of the Grammy voting is political -- and Bruno benefited from that. Some vote by genre -- and Bruno also benefited from that. Finally, some voters actually take the category seriously and only vote on the vocal performance in the recorded track. I am too biased in favor of Adam to be objective. But I can compare one Adam recording to another.... I think that WWFM album version was not the best Adam vocal recording. For example, when I compare it to the AL WWFM where Adam was able to change the vocal arrangement and was freed from the "Max Martin production formula", it is just dull.
