Adam has been doing Dark and Light for a long time. But not as clearly connected to the music as Trespassing seems to be. The "dark Adam" did the acoustic set on GNL (Sleepwalker) and the "light Adam" showed up for the party rock set (IIHY). And "dark Adam" did Mad World #2 on Idol. Light Adam did Mad World #1 on Idol. But I want Dark Adam with blue eyes -- I do not want "brown eyed" Adam. And Green or Purple would be OK for me. Maybe even Black or Yellow or Orange. But not loving those brownish eyes. I thought the eyes on Dark Adam were yellow, and yellow represents the light side (as in the right side of the room), so Dark Adam has some good in him. And the Light Adam's eyes are blue, so he has a dark side to him. So in the end, the merged Adam, the colors of his eyes are reversed from how they were in the rooms. The eyes are indeed yellow, IMO. But I always see yellow (or red) eyes as a demon. The colors aren't reversed though. If you look at the end shot, the same way we are looking at the rooms, (facing them) the yellowish brown eyes are still on the left and the blue is still on the right. If you are considering the left and right as they are on Adam's body, then you would also have to do the same with the rooms and stand in front of the rooms, facing out. Either way, the colors are not reversed. |

 I clicked on "like" on the Vevo video and it appeared on my facebook page. WTF? Didn't mean to reveal my Adam obsession to everyone on facebook. BEEN THERE DONE THAT. My sister responded: "I couldn't get this one to run, but I checked out the one on YouTube and I will admit, this song isn't bad. ;-) For me, that's a pretty positive comment. ANd I do personally like his looks better when he has less makup on." Up till now she has been staunchly in the "anti-Adam" camp, despite admitting he has a killer voice. She has been turned off by his OTT appearance and performance style. If she is willing to admit what she did, I would say that Adam's marketing and branding choices for Era 2 are effective! |

Adam Lambert Is A Queen  I must say I’m always hesitant when bands try to replace deceased members, especially a member like Freddie Mercury who was Queen in every sense of the world, but I’m thinking Adam will do a good job. Trust me, he will definitely be better than the last guy they had, Paul Rogers. more |
