Oh, I'm really sorry for bringing over there such a terrible topic. To sum it up, let's just hope none of us will catch that miserable virus. But I'm a real dummy  This thread should be all about our amazing Adam and not about illnesses  And regarding Adam, thank you all who contribute to this fandom by posting videos, pictures, articles etc. Every morning I wake up so excited to read all the wonderful post. LOL, the flu discussion. It's been more than a decade since I've had anything like it *knock huge stacks of wood* but I've had friends swear by the suppositories. When everyone kept saying, "Poor baby, being sick in a foreign country." I was thinking, "I don't get it ..." He's not in a youth hostel, he's in a luxury hotel. If I had to have a bout like that, I want it to be in a temperature-controlled room, with black-out curtains, extremely clean bathroom (nothing like praying to the porcelain gods and realizing how badly you cleaned behind the toilet last week ) and room service to bring you cold water, saltine crackers and 7up or Gatorade (some hot broth or tea later). And you don't have to worry about getting the rest of your household sick so it carries on for a week. (The hotel staff is another story though. ) |
